Speedy and friendly service both before and after our holiday. Especially nice to come back to a smiley face. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. A big thank you to everyone at Ringway parking.

Good easy service once we got to the car park.

Major roadworks on M6 & also around Manchester caused us major problems & we ended up arriving at the car park 2 hours late. It was awful - traffic jams, road works JUNCTIONS WERE NOT SIGNPOSTED so its extremely easy to get lost. Make sure you tkae your own directions/map.

Although 10 miles from MAN Airport ringway is quite easy to find. The staff are friendly and my only gripe is that I had just missed the bus and had to wait 25 minutes for next transfer.

Easy, quick to organise. Staff helpful and friendly. Efficient.

On arriving in Manchester at 6.00am and phoning Ringway direct it took 1 hr to be collected. Having experienced this service and accompanied by my wife and two young children, I would never use ringway airparks for future travel arrangements. The customer service was extremely poor with the driver never offering any kind of assistance to ourselves or other elderly passengers who would have appreciated help.

Was told 'can't find your car' on return back to Carrington - NOT IMPRESSED!

The only comment I would like to stress is some of the counter staff could be a little more friendly. Even if it is 4:00am in the morning! Apart from that a first class service.

It was a bit of a worry wondering if we would find it but the directions were spot on even with the road works. We arrived and were on the transfer bus in minutes - and they helped with cases. Coming home it was the same on the bus in about 10 minutes. Could only say it was very much value for money and an excellent service. Would definately use it again.

Although we had given the expected time of arrival at the car park, after booking in, we had a very long cold wait, along with at least a couple of dozen other people before the bus arrived to take us to the airport. This should not have been the case as everyone is asked to inform time of arrival, therefore preparation should have been made to cater for the amount of people transferring.

I found my experience very good. I would certainly use Ringway Airpark again. Facilities were good and there was prompt service pick up.

I will use the car park again and I highly recommend it.

Nothing came close to the price. Service excellent - just a shame so far from Manchester airport because of time re transfers but would use again for value for money.

Service was good going out but coming back was awful. We had to wait 80 minutes for the minibus and had to phone twice to see where minibus was!

We arrived at approx 11.45 at the stand to return to the park. We had a twenty minute wait for the bus which proceeded to the other terminal and then back to our terminal before setting off back to the park. The whole process from arrival at the stand to the park was an hour. Not good enough at that time of night.

OK, but allow good time for transfer particularly whilst the motorway is in such a mess with hold-ups/roadworks.

I was very disappointed by the recent trip, when both ways we had to wait 40 - 50 mins for bus causing a last minute rush on the day. The place is a good 30-40 mins from the airport. Also staff drove car at high speed on gravel parking area. Very disappointed.
