Reliable & Excellent professional service, transfer bus is very clean like new including each seat got seatbelts, no delay at all. When dropped off car, visual of APH site appears very secure car parking. I will use that again in my future. Other comments are very true. Thank you APH for excellent service. Cheers Luke van Os

The whole process was very easy & hassle free. No problem booking, just turned up, dropped off keys, got on bus & arrived at airport and upon return rang for bus, got back to car park, collected keys & off we went.

As two females traveling early morning we felt safe to travel and the staff were very friendly. On arriving home the bus picked us up and delivered us back to the car park where our car was waiting. I would recommend this company and would use it again as it took alot of the stress out of our journey.

We thought your organisation was excellent - to and from airport was smooth. We were slightly worried before but everything was very professional so whilst we were away for the 2 weeks we didn't give our car a thought. We would definately recommend you to anyone using Manchester Airport.

It's hard to be over enthusiastic about a car park but APH lies about a 15 minutes courtesy bus ride from the airport and the service worked just like they said. It was hassle free and I've no complaints, would use them again.

An excellent "off site" car part within very easy reach of Manchester airport. Very easy to find & the shuttle transfer is exactly what it says on the website(10mins). The bus drops off at each of the terminals as required rather than the main transport interchange unlike other companies I have used. The car park itself seems to tick all the necessary boxes for a secure car park of this type & gives an overall impression of being very professionally run. Check in was quick & flawless with very helpful & friendly staff & the reception area was immaculate. Likewise, on our return the bus transfer was prompt & the check out & car collection procedure was equally flawless. I will definitely be using APH again when flying from Manchester. They're a little more expensive than other companies I have used but in my opinion it was well worth the money & the service & facilities were by far the best I have seen in this price range.

Service seemed straight forward and trouble free. No waiting or queueing for coaches. Didn't get to see the facilities much because we were in and out so quickly.

This was the first time we used this car park as it is now cheaper for us than getting a taxi. We were a bit apprehensive prior to getting there but everything was first class and the staff superb.We will certainly use again and tell all our friends.

This is the first time we have used APH and I can not say a bad word against them first class in every way from arriving at there depot to picking the car up after our holiday. Will definatley use them again.

I have used this car park before. It was such a relief not having to park at the airport itself and the trip to the airport was quick. The pickup was also easy and quick. The reception were helpful and did not waste any time. All in all I could not have wished for better service and it was good value for money.

Car park was good, though you need to the directions to find it (not many signposts). However, we had to wait a while at the bus stop for the coach when we got back.

Overall, a very efficient service which I will certainly use again. Only 1 area of concern - on our return to the car park, the driver struggled to open the bus rear luggage compartment door, which was faulty - leaving all the passengers standing around for a short while at 3:45 am in the morning.

We arrived early in the morning, booking was processes quickly and we got on an awaiting bus. On our return we waited max 5 mins for the bus and the car was waiting for us, nice and warm!!

I couldn't fault anything about my experience of APH. Staff were friendly and check in and return service were fast and efficient. I would definitley use their services again.

Yes we found everything went very well.We could have done with help with our luggage onto the coach on our return.To be fair we did not ask but we did struggle a little.Yes we would use them again.

Not 4 mins from airport. We arrived 5.30am (after long delay on motor way due to fatal crash)to find only one attendant on check in desk who was also coordinating incoming telephone calls and shuttle coaches. He was in no rush as he was going no where it took them 45mins before we were processed and then a transfer of approx 10 mins (with an ignorant driver)fortunately monarch let us check in. Return pick up EXCELLENT plenty of staff on duty and all very polite and helpful.

Very good service at short notice. Not the cheapest but very competitive for the quality of service. Efficient service, which we used outside of peak times. I would definitely use them again.
