I Was personally very impressed with your staff. They went out of their way to help me. I was travelling on my own with a baby. They helped me on and off coach, drove my car to the facitly entrance and put my suitcase in.They were kind , thoughful and helpful. Will recommned to friends and family.Thankyou!

We just missed a coach on the way out so had to wait 20 mins for the next one, we hadn't expected it to be so long, we then dropped off at other terminals first. Having said that we would use them again but we would allow 1/2hr for transfer from car park to departures.

I was a little hesitant to use this facility as I live quite close by and always use a local taxi service, but the prices have rocketed. Booking was simple and directions were absolutely spot on. We arrived in plenty of time and within five minutes were sat on transfer bus with car booked in and cases on board heped by friendly driver. Transfer time was about five minutes as stated and due to early start we had loads of extra time at the airport. Our return was just as efficient, we rang the freephone number after coming out of baggage collection and by the time we had walked to the pick up point, the coach was just arriving. Back to reception, hand in receipt and car was about 50 yards away in secure compound with gate control. All staff throughout were helpful,friendly and smartly dressed (even the one's at 05.00 in the morning)and I would not hesitate to use again.

Great Facility, with excellant security in place. Check-in was extremley speedy, the only downside was that we had to wait approx 10 mins on the bus before it went, but i'm sure that's just because they are scheduled (and only bothered us because we were short on time). We arrived back at Manchester early in the morning and within 6 minutes of phoning them the return bus was there to pick us up. All in all an excellanct facility.

The place was in a good position for the airport- they put on their address though 'business are' instead of 'business park' which threw us a bit when finding it. Staff really nice though considering it was 4am - no grouchiness from any of them! Coaches were clean and spacious as well

Best parking service we have ever used. No long walk to find your car on return. The coach was sitting at terminal to collect us on return, and although very busy, the whole process of checking out was very swift. Would definately use again. 1st class and great value.

Very clear instructions on how to find the car parking and congratulations on the printed instructions for leaving the car parking -especially as it was after midnight!!I really can't praise you enough.Will always use you in future.Excellent price and service.

The staff had all our details to hand on departure and arrival home. Friendly driver and transfer to/from the terminal. On returning home, our plane landed at 20.33 and I was driving out of APH by 21.15. Very efficent service who I will use again and recommend.

When we got to the car park they thought that only 2 pasangers were booked but there was 6 of us and I had put that on my online booking form. It wasn't a problem at that stage, but unfortunately they didn't change the details ready for the return and sent a partially full minibus to collect 2 passangers, with only room for 5 left in the minibus we had to wait a total of 30 minutes for the transport back to the carpark.We will use them again as I'm sure that the mistake in the paperwork was just an oversight.

First time users of APH-will definitely use them again as they offer a 1st class service at a very reasonable rate. Staff all very cheerful, even in the early hours! Nice to see a service that actually lives up to its promises. Would & have recommended APH to friends & colleagues.

The staff at the depot were a friendly and helful bunch, being able to give accurate information about their service and other information about the airport. The bus to and from the airport was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We liked the touch of the driver helping us on and off the bus with our cases. The only thing I would say is that the 5 mins from the airport is a little longer but with the level of service and value for money we would not hesitate to use them again.

on returning to my car found tyre was flat,had difficulty trying to release spare due to innapropiate tools,on alerting staff at car park assistance and tools provided so tyre could be released,dead helpful,will definetly be using again in summer,and will reccomend to use to anyone flying from manchester

We had difficulty finding APH (but maybe due to local roadworks) but phonecall to APH resulted in swift and friendly directions. Check in efficient and prompt transfer to airport. Return transfer - waited at least 35 mins - including phonecall enquiry - therefore we set off home in our car approx 1 hour after waiting for transfer - in which time we could have been at home.

The check in was quick and efficient and we were then on our way to the airport. Friendly driver who assisted with luggage. Journey took approx 10 mins straight to the terminal. On our return there was a coach already waiting without us having to phone the free number for them to come and collect us. The keys were ready and we were on our way home within 5 mins of returning. Excellent value for money - would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

Arrived at 5:30 in the morning, handed my car keys in and was taken to the airport straight away, no waiting. The drive to the airport is nice and short in a comfortable coach. On my return after phoning to say I had arrived, the chap on the phone knew which flight I had come from and said a coach had already been despatched. I would definately use APH again!

We live only 20 miles from the airport and found this the most convenient way to get there. Cheaper than a taxi,the convenience of having your car close by and the knowledge that it is parked securely during your holiday. Fantastic service throughout will definitely use again.

I was very impressed with the service offered by APH. Check in was easy, the service was very well managed, and the driver was very helpful. The transfer to the airport was very fast as the bus went up the motorway. It was a bit longer on the way back as it was rush hour and it went on the back roads. I will definitely use APH again, but not when we have flights at rush hour as their base is on the wrong side of Manchester for us and so it to ages for us to get there. However, this is not the fault of APH, and I would give them 10 out of 10.

APH seemed extremely efficient, their facilities were very up to date and looked secure unlike the portacabins of some of their competitors. Transfer from airport at rush hour is slightly longer then advertised. Directions assume arrival by motorway which made getting to car park from Buxton not as straightforward as it could have been. Overall would definitely use again.

Was the first time we've used non-airport run parking and must say was a very pleasant experience. Much cheaper, nice friendly helpful staff at dropoff and pickup. There was a bus waiting when we dropped off the car to take us to the airport. When we arrived at the airport we just called up and within 10 minutes a bus was there to pick us up. Can't fault em, and would definitley use them again.

I had never considered remote parking before and didn't know what to expect but as far as I am concerned it made my journey extremely trouble-free and pleasant. I would recommend APH to anybody for efficiency, security and ease of travel. I shall be back!
