Very good price with superb value for money, 24 hour service with buses every 15 mins or so. I'd never left my car at a place like this before, but wiil be leaving it with APH again. It pays to leave your car with APH as you recover your taxi fares twice over, well I did!

Great service all round will use again. Slight, and only very slight, complaint was the 10 mins wait on our return; not a big problem but in the interest of balance...also could do with revising postcode as the one I had didn't take me there on the tomtom. Very minor complaints though and I would thoroughly recommend APH to anyone.

Booked the car in and the bus was waitung to take us to the airport. On our return we phoned and the bus was waiting for us. At the car park our car was ready waiting for us. We could not fault the service. The staff were helpful and cheerful even though the temperature was 2 degrees!! Thank you.

The site is excellent. Spaces are generous and clearly marked and the level of security obviously high. Reception staff are courteous, helpful and friendly, as are the coach drivers. On our return, the Free phone call resulted in a coach arriving in under ten minutes. APH's closeness to the airport is also a major plus. I would recommend APH unreservedly to anyone flying out of Manchester. Just in case you were wondering: I have absolutely NO connection with the company or any of its employees!!! It is simply a first class operation.

We booked with APH last minute over the internet; the first time we have used parking off the grounds of the airport. We were a little anxious about what to expect, but needn't have been. The car park has ample security and really is fabulous value for money. We will definitely use this service again!

The instructions to the car park were accurate and easy to follow- even at half 5 in the morning! When we arrived we simply parked the car, got out our luggage and walked to reception building which was very close. The building was warm, clean and modern and we managed to check in straight away. Quickly after this the transfer bus arrived; our luggage was loaded for us and within a few minutes of getting on the bus we set off. The journey to the airport was very short and terminal 3 was about a 30 second walk away from where we parked. On arrival in the Uk our plane was late so there was no bus waiting- however within ten minutes of ringing the carpark the bus arrived. We simply collected our keys at the airport, loaded the car and were on our way home, after only ten minutes of the initial drop off! Very good, professional service- definitely worth the money!

No waiting at all for transport to and from the airport, bus waiting outside on both occasions.As we were a late evening arrival and keen to get home this was appreciated. Bus drivers very pro-active in loading luggage on and off for passengers. Would definitely use this company again after this initial experience.

the parking is only 8 mins from the airport , out bound the driver was very helpful loading cases and chatty , we ran on return to inform we were there and then the children decided they needed the toilet , when we went outside the bus was leaving , so rang back to let them know we had missed the bus , there was another on the way anyway ! when the second bus arrived the driver threw the cases in the boot and was generally grumpy !!!! all in all we would use this company again as the price was good .

We arrived in the wee small hours laden with two young children and more baggage than Britney Spears, yet were in the departure terminal at the airport within about 15 mins of driving into the parking area. On returning, the coach arrived within minutes and we were back home in no time. Thoroughly recommended.

on arrival back from spain i telephoned the office & was told that a minibus was on its way to teminal 3, 30mins later i telephoned again ,to be told that the man had only just come on duty and didnt know what was going on but a minibus would be there in 5mins.(meantime somebody else had telephoned & had been told that 2 buses had alresdy been round!!!!????, not that we saw) in all had to wait 45mins for transfer. will not be using these again and will not be recomending to anyone.

used various carparks, still think this is the best -easy to find ,hand in keys ,friendly staff(even at 5am!) park the car,good tarmac and well lit carpark ,good coaches for quick transfer ,driver loads and unloads cases and didnt even jump on them! what more do you ? want

I used this car park on a recommendation from a friend. I have stayed at car parks where you are waiting in the open air for the shuttle bus. At this car park you are waiting in the reception office seated, warm & dry. It wasn't the cheapest I looked at but it is probably one of the closest to the airport & therefore the transfer time is short. As the difference between the cheapest & most expensive was only about £10.00 I thought it was worth it.

Good value for money overall. An indication as to how long you should expect to sit on the bus waiting to depart for airport, or departure times, might be helpful. Could have been made more clear where to go on return to pick up keys - a different part of reception desk, but I only found out after spending time queuing at another bit. Doesn't seem to be a sign for this.

An excellent service that we would use again. Car was safe and secure, transfers were efficient and drivers were helpful. APH was easy to find and close to the airport. The walking to and from the bus station was irritating but this was not APH's fault - other companies had to also.

Checking in and out was pretty fast. I am not particularly impressed with the transfer though. We were sitting in the bus with a running engine for 10 mins until it took off. The driver should have at least switch the engine off instead of wasting diesel and polluting the environment! When returning we had to walk all the way back to the bus stop (10 min walk) to catch the bus there even though we were told originally that we would get picked up at our terminal...

I only booked 24hrs prior to departure but the APH depot were expecting us. They provided a fast and efficient booking in service and the shuttle bus was waiting to leave as soon as we stepped on. On returning we had to wait for 5 mins at the bus stop and were the only people on the bus!! Possibly slightly too expensive for 5 days but the other companies charge the same too.

Pleasant staff who directed me well to carpark, checked in quickly and pleasantly, quick transfer to airport, all information clearly given for return. On return, mini bus met us at point stated, mini bus a bit tatty. All in all though a good service I would highly recomend.

Efficient service and transfers - we did not have to wait for buses at all. Car was easy to find on return and parked for us on arrival. Only problem was finding the place - we drove around for an hour in torrential rain missing the junction on M56 twice. We phoned to get directions when we were actually quite close, but were told to go back to the motorway and start again - useless! Now I know where it is I would definitely use it again.

Bus waiting for us on our arrival cheerful driver helprd us load our very overweight suitcases!!! We waited about 20 minutes for our return transfer,our flight was delayed 2hours and friendly driveer at 2am!! Staff at centre very nice car waiting prompt efficient service clean toilets would use again

Excellent service from start to finish. The wife left her mobile phone in the car at the car park. She had it delivered within ten minutes, the trip was made just to return the phone, no passengers on board, waht more can I say. So we both had a happy holiday.
