Used APH to park for our recent holiday for 10days. On arrival we checked the car in and left the keys are reception. There is a good waiting area with toilets and the all important scale for last minute weighing of the bags. We only had to wait a few minutes for the bus to collect us, it is handy if you already know which terminal you are flying from as you will be asked but the guy did know most airlines and where they were going from. The transfer was very smooth and we were dropped right at the enterance. It took approx 10-15 mins to get to terminal 2. On arrival back at manchester we called the carpark and the bus was there within 10 minutes. The carpark is very secure, with a one way entry system operated by a barrier system. I would recommed parking here.

Definately the cheapest and worth it. Left car for 5 days. Arrived 45 mins early but was not charged. Transfer time was reasonably fast. Can't complain

Arrived about dinner time, they knew who we were due to the number plate on arrival so the paper work was ready and waiting at reception when we got in, transferred straight away to the airport, on the way back though we had to wait about 15mins for bus back and it was raining which made it worse, and 1 o'clock in the morning!! however i am happy with the service and will use it again but on the way back i would recommend that you phone the company as soon as you get back and not after you've got your luggage..

I would recommend & definately use this service again. Excellent value for money not too far from the airport.Didnt have to wait too long for pickup from airport either.Clean,tidy premises.Well organised staff made it a fairly quick trip to collect our vehicle after our hol.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Only had to wait 5 mins for the short transfer to the airport. On landing our transfer minibus was waiting for us. Takes only 15 mins from landing to driving away in car. Extremely pleased with service.

Friend Staff, transfers didn't take long and we didn't have to wait long at the airport. Convenient to airport, care in secure compound. Will use every time! thanks

The reception area was warm, well lit and presentable - makes a nice change. The transfer bus was comfortable and efficient. Transfer time fairly short.The bus came promptly when the phone call was made. Overall a good set up.

The only minor problem was upon our return when we phoned to request pickup your office co-ordinator had no information on our party and wasn't expecting us at all. This however didn't delay our pickup although there was a frantic search for my car keys when we arrived at your office.

Quick and efficient transfer at start and end. Helpful and friendly service. Good value for money - would certainly use APH Manchester again.

Office staff courteous and helpful. Driver on outgoing bus loaded luggage onto rack, but sat around for no clear reason before moving off. Return driver a bit grumpy - demanded ticket and didn't offer to help with luggage. Also waited a bit at airport before moving off.

We have used car parks in the past that have been a mad rush to squash onto a small bus & shoot through traffic leaving us feeling a bit flustered but if you can allow a little bit more time this service was calm and a pleasure to have plenty of room on the spacious coaches.

15 minute delay on pick up from airport due to an "administrative glitch", for which our coach driver was very apologetic. Overall a very efficient service. Good value and will probably use again.

Everything they say they do, no nonsense punctual,clean. great value and even though it looks a fair way to the airport its isnt, it would probably take longer to walk to your car in one of the "on airport" parks. would not hesitate to recommend you or use you myself again....

The car park is very secure, barriers,cameras etc.good lighting.You can park at reception and they park car for you. They keep your keys.you wait in reception for the bus, vending facilities and toilets there unlike other car parks where you wait in a shelter for the bus to come. Bus clean and the driver actually helps you with the luggage on and off, this was much appreciated! a great service and will use and recomend agin.

we arrived at 2am on a sat morning,the staff where very helpful,and a short ride to the airport.On our return the staff where just as helpful the best carpark lve been in for all round top marks on all areas of the service they provide,ive booked again for the summer.

very proffesional company to deal with, pleasant and helpful staff, secure parking, nice clean reception and prompt transfers to manchester airport, only 5 mins away. Will not hesitate to use their facility for my next holiday

Having to return unexpectedly, one telephone call with a few hours notice saw us collected at the airpot and delivered to the car which was waiting for us, without any fuss or hassle. Excellent service.

first class staff and service on arrival and departure from manchester airport.efficient transport to and from car parking area.would certainly recommend to anyone.value for money

APH Manchester's service was good. The only "grouse" we would have is with the airport - why cannot they construct a simple roof over the area where one waits for the pick up on arrival back - there is a small shelter but not enough. In inclement weather this is awful.

It was the first time I have used APH Parking but I found the arrival instructions very clear, the reception staff were efficient and helpful and the buses modern, clean and quick. The only down side is that the driver, after asking which airline I was flying with, dropped me at the wrong terminal, which meant a ten minute walk to get to my correct departure gate.
