I have used a few of the many companies that offer parking at Manchester Airport. I will use APH each time in the future if their prices stay competitive. Excellent, friendly staff, surface was flat and easy to transport our cases - this might not seem a big factor but if you've ever tried to walk a distance with a 25kg case unable to roll it, as I've done before it is a massive benefit. Also, timely transport times. I work in the customer service environment so always like to get my own back and have a moan if necessary! but I honestly can't give any cons. Hassle free transfers.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and made the whole travelling experience very easy. Also, as a woman travelling on my own I was especially pleased with the security of the facilities and the fact that my car was waiting by the exit for me on my return. I would definitely use APH again.

Secure car park, good value for money, quick check-in and check out procedures, close to the airport and with regular shuttle bus service. All in all a great place to leave your car while you jet off. Have used APH numerous times in the past and always been happy with them. Went to Rhodes earlier in the year and used a different car park and they were rubbish. Will definately use APH whenever we have to fly from Manchester.

It was the first time that I have used APH Manchester and was extremely impressed by the whole experience. It was easy to book on line, very good value for money and the staff were very friendly. The car park is safe and secure. I will definately be using the APH again.

We were travelling up from North Wales, and didn't realise until we were near to Manchester Airport that the directions given were if you were travelling from another direction. We were unsure as to how far the car park was from the airport and as we had to pass the airport to get to the carpark, we decided to just park on the airport itself, even though we had paid for the parking, we didn't want to get lost and miss our plane! We did ring to ask for directions from our car when we were approaching the airport, but as we were only given a junction number, we could judge how far it was from the airport. But we would probably use again, but would ask for directions from North Wales before we set off.

We arrived and returned at 6.00am in the morning.We went from a warm car to reception and then on to the coach which was sitting with the door open and quite cold.We sat there for approx.10 mins. feeling quite cold and fragile having had no sleep that night. The same happened on the return journey,after a nine hour flight and no sleep. This is not so much a complaint as an observation,which I'm sure the company will welcome. Next time I fly from Manchester I'll have no hesitation using APH again.

On arrival at the airport the bus there was a bus just pulling away. The driver stopped when I signalled him but did not give us time to produced the return document before driving away without us. We then had to wait 15 minutes in a very cold wind before the next bus arrived

I found the staff at APH very obliging and very very helpful they could not do enough to help I was more than happy with your service and would definitely use your services again and my friends were so impressed they said they would do the same and also recommend your company to their friends

Found the car park with no probs at all, only had to wait 5 mins before setting off to airport, and arrived in no time at all. When we came back it took a little longer but that was because they picked up at another terminal also. We rang the number after we got our cases and the bus was waiting outside. I would have liked to have had the car cleaned while away but they were to busy. I advise you book this in advance. Excellent service. Would use again.

Have used other airport sites. Found this one to be the best for booking in & ease. Bus was waiting so no delays. Return trip was just as easy - rang went to bus stop within seconds bus arrived. Car was parked on exit lane - took about 2 mins to leave. Just what was required after a long flight. No messing about or waiting around

we were running late when we arrived,but the fast check in and transfere to the airport took around 15 minutes which was pleasantly suprising.drivers were helpfull and courteous.return from airport was good ,also the freephone service saved a lot of trouble.

I was very impressed with the service. The car park is easy to find (however not sure what M56 would be like in rush hour!!) Staff great & helpfull, transfer quick and no nonsense and the bus was waiting on our return...all for less than £20!! I couldn't fault it and would definitely use again

Very good experience, arrived, dropped off keys and the mini-bus was waiting to leave immediately. On return I called as soon as I we retrieved our luggage and the mini-bus was at the pick-up spot when we got out of the terminal. Very helpful driver who insisted we just take a seat and he loaded our heavy case. I would certainly use this company again, very courteous staff and helpful.

This was my first use of this car park and after seeing the TV programme about cars being parked on streets etc. was concerned. I told my concerns to the receptionists who reassured me cars were not driven about or left parked off site. I took a note of my mileage before leaving for the airport. On my return my mileage had increased by more than it would take to park the car and when raised with staff I was assured the car had not been driven and showed me the mileage the driver/collector had recorded. I feel that the co and the owner should verify together the mileage of the car when the car is left at the car park then there would be no argument. If my car never left the car park then it must have been going round and round the car park for some time.

We travelled down from Scotland and had no problem locating APH Manchester. The staff were all really frindly and professional. After booking the car in, we experienced no delay in being transferred to the airport, it's just a short trip away. Our return flight was delayed by over two hours, but with APH monitoring the arrivals and being just a free phone call away, we were quickly picked up and taken back to our car. The carpark appears very secure and our car was waiting conveniently at the exit gate for us when we got back. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending to any of our friends and family this flawless service we experienced. Many Thanks

caught in road works might miss flight. staff at aph excellent, loaded cases while booking in and very quick journey to airport, driver took us as close as poss to entrance even told us where to go.Caught flight with seconds to spare. hats off to APH. kept two young childrens hopes up and happy when we took off.

Friendly staff and car waiting ready to drive away without the worry of having change for machines or remembering where car had been left. Excellent value for security and peace of mind Would definitely use again when travelling from Manchester.

Excellent service - on transfer bus to airport no longer than 10 minutes after arrival at APH - on returning back to Manchester we were on the bus within 5 minutes of calling the contact telephone number as indicated on the information/instruction card. Cost reasonable in the light that there were 5 persons in my party.

Absolutley great! No problems at all, easy to find, no hassle, staff helpful and we were at the airport within no time ready to start our holiday. We would use APH again with confidence.

Transfers from and to Manchester airport completely hassle free, waited no more than 5 minutes for transport to pick up the car. Driver very helpful and the fat controller too!
