Direction were very easy to follow. Simple procedure booking on line. Easy booking the car in upon arrival and equally as easy on collection. No long walks looking for your car upon your return, your car is there waiting for you. Transfer in to and from the airport quick and smooth. Most of all everybody very friendly. 1st class service.

Booked my vehicle, renault traffic van onto the car park. Later told as leaving the vehicle I should have paid extra as it was a van and not a car.I phoned the car parking reception several days prior to booking to make sure they accepted vans etc and was there any height restrictions etc. They said - no problems as it only took up one space and was there was no height restriction. (its about 2ins higher than a ford transit van). Will not use this parking again

Top of the range BMW 5 series & I felt comfortable leaving it with Autostrong. Check in was quick & efficient & we left straight away for the airport, a journey of approx. 15 mins. On our return we walked out of arrivals & put our bags into the waiting mini-bus for the 15 min return journey to the compound. Access to the car was quick & easy and we were on our way home within 10 mins.

The Car Park is not particularly easy to find, but directions should get you there. The service from staff was gruff, distant and unfriendly, but i would stop short of calling them rude - more like unwelcoming. The Minibus ride to the airport included a driver who uttered no sounds from start to finish (some might like this)The distance was greater than I expected and a bit disappointing. However, the service was very prompt and particularly impressive on the way back from the airport when we didn't have to wait any time at all for the transfer minibus. Overall, might use again; even if the staff aren't that chirpy, it is one of the cheaper options.

After a long journey from Wales, we arrived early at Autostrong in plenty of time to travel from there to the airport as we had to collect our tickets first and then 2 hour check in time. We checked our car in at 4.45a.m. and were told to wait in the van. It was cold and dark. We waited nearly an hour whilst other passengers arrived and the van therefore waited for them to check in. We asked the driver after about half an hour waiting if we were going soon as we had to collect tickets and our check in time was nearing. He grunted yes but we were still made to wait another 20 minutes. We were therefore late for check in. Arrived to a massive queue to collect tickets and then other big queue to check in. We therefore were left with 20 minutes spare to catch our flight. We did intended to catch some breakfast after being up since 3.30 a.m that morning but we didnt have time. We had also not purchased the in-flight meal as we thought we would have eaten breakfast in the airport. The service was rubbish outgoing, it was much better on return during the day we only waited 20 minutes to be picked up. We did explain what had happened to us on the outward journey to the staff and they were apologetic and told us they would report this to the manager. We have not heard anything from them. I will not be using this company again.

I wasn't impressed with my 1st booking with Autostrong. They advertised 8 min transfer but it took 15 and on the way back at least 20 min. I arrived around 5am, said hello, but no-one there bothered to return my greeting. It was a case this time of low price, low service. I probably would not use them again

Absolutely no complaints as our circumstances were very timely. However, an observation was that when a number of customers arrived there is a bit of disorganisation i.e. no allocation of buses leading to luggage on and off buses. Ideally customers allocated to buses prior to arrival, a waiting/ammenities area offered bearing in mind customers may have been on the road for several hours. Pick up point at Terminal One not well marked/signposted had to ask airport staff.

An excellent experience. Minibus was waiting to deliver us to the airport and also on the return journey was waiting outside terminal for us despite the fact the flight was delayed. The car was waiting for us outside reception on our return on a cold february morning. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

We were delighted with Auto-Strong and will certainly use them again. They did exactly what they said they would and the service could not have been slicker or easier. When we arrived the mini bus was waiting for us and when we got out of the airport on our return we were collected as soon as we got to the bus stop. The staff were friendly and efficient and we located it easily with the very clear directions we recieved. I would not hesitate to use this service again, or to recommend it to others. The location to Manchester airport and the transfer time are ideal. The directions given are consice and easy to follow, we dropped the car off and the mini bus was ready to leave within 5 minutes. Upon our return into Mancherster where it was minus 3 -5 degrees it was great to find the car had been started, warmed up and left running. A great service and will have no hesitation in using them again.

we were running late and and then thought we got lost! (but weren't, it was just a little further than we imagined) but the car park staff were helpful and patient with us. the service once we got there was very quick and efficient. once we got back off the holiday the car was waiting for us with no frost on it and it was lovely and warm. all in all very good.

We travel 2-3 times a year with 4 children, in the the past we have had the car lost, we have been left nearly an hour at the airport before being collected, we have been collected in an ordinary saloon car (room only for 4 of us), we have been dropped in a pitch black car park in the mud and run over a miss-placed, black, laptop! This time no problems at all and at a good price with helpful staff.

We decided to use Autostrong because our plane left eraly in the morning, which meant we were unable to take the train to the airport, as we have done on previous occasions. The staff were very helpful, transport to the airport was excellent and we were able to go on holiday knowing our car was more secure than if we'd left it at home, which gave us a lot of peace of mind

I fly from Manchester Airport at least twice a year for my holidays as flights are cheaper and more choice from Manchester compared to Cardiff. Previously I have used the Airport Parking facility which is very expensive. In future I shall be booking with your company as the price was right. The transfers from the depot to the airport and back took no longer than the transfer within the airport to their car parks.

No problems encountered leaving car which was moved to parking space by car park staff. Transfers both ways excellant Car was waiting with the engine warm which was a fantastic experience considering the low temperatures we encountered on return from abroad.

Not very easy to find owing to changes in road lay-out right at the last 400 metres (thank goodness for satnav), but once there, drop off was with very minimum of fuss, security seemed to be excellent, good comfortable run to the airport, and excellent value for money.

The service we received was excellent. We had arrived back from out trip 4.30am, waited only a few minutes for pick up and the car was waiting for us, already warmed up, which was greatly appreciated. If you are thinking of using an airport parking service, this is the one for you!! We shall certrainly use it again

All 3 cars in my group elected to use Autostrong and although our intial impressions were its just a porta cabin on an old industrial estate. The parking was secure, the documentation quick & easy to complete & our cars were ready & waiting when we returned and although the transfer vehicles and storage facilities were much more basic than expected this was compensated by the friendly & efficient staff. If we had any suggestions it would be charge a little more , provide somewhere other than the transfer vehicle for people to wait until it was ready to move & a few more signed basic facilities like Toilet , seats & coffee machine etc. AND some NEW mini buses.

Easy enough to find with the directions, and didnt have to wait long for mini bus. Would use them again and the price is superb for one week. Thanks.

We arrived early, we had mixed up our departure times and needed to go an hour earlier, no problem. Our flight was delayed, horribly!! Again no problem. We were picked up in 10 minutes, our car was waiting for us. Wonderful service!
