Directions given were very good. The out bound driver was very helpful and a very good driver. I drive for a living and felt very safe. There was plenty of information and inspite of the current security situation this park and fly left me feeling relaxed about the security of my car. The return was equally easy.

Quick handover time early in the morning, pleasant and not too long transfer, excellent pick up and car waiting nicely for our return. Excellent service overall. Will definately use them again if they keep their competitive pricing. Easy, efficient, polite and pleasant service and good value.

Once the site was located after some concern due to the "hidden" location, the service was excellent and friendly. Transfer time was less than quoted and straight to the "station" concourse at the airport which requires about 5 minutes to walk to terminal but there is a moving walkway and lifts, which ensures arriving dry when its raining. car was ready and waiting at return and no problems considering our return was two hours later that planned. Will definitely use again when travelling from manchester.

The driver on the return to the carpark was a very grumpy old man, the vehicle used was cold, drafty and rickerty, very bumpy ride. We had to pay extra money when we arrived. My back car door passenger side was scratched and the outside of the car was filthy. The scratch couldn't been seen at the carpark as there wasn't good lighting and it was 4am so still quite dark.

Map was not great to find them, confusing really. Also although when dropped off at airport were told this was the pick up area.However all parts of the airport look the same,particularily at nighttime.We spent at least half an hour waiting at the wrong Row D It would be useful to have the pick up point on a map on the paperwork you take with you.

The direction to the cr park were clear, making it easy to find. The whole process was quick and well organised. A minibus was waiting to pick us up to take us back to our car, which was ready and waiting, enabling us to get straight off. Well worth the money and would certainly use this company again.

having to leave our car key was worrying to us. the transfer to the airport was ok but set down was far end of the airport with a long walk to the departure check-in. return was poor signage to the pick up point. we had to waite over half an hour for the return bus so the overall effect was poor value for money.

Having used other airport parking in Manchester area which are a lot more professional i.e. smart staff and welcoming reception area's Autostrong have the most unfriendly staff and operate out of nothing better than a shabby portacabin. The drive to the airport was manic and took a route down narrow back lanes at speeds which were unsafe. You get what you pay for though and the car was reclaimed in the condition it was left.

This was the first time we had travelled from Manchester Airport on our return we went to the wrong location,we went to C bay on hotel bus parking instead of C bay at the bus terminal.When we finally got to our transfer bus a driver asked if we were on the bus then got off with out further addressing us shaking his head and rolling his eyes.Perhaps the company should offer training about that anyone can make an error especilly at 05.00 when they have been up allnight.Needless to say we shall not be using Autostrong parking again

Very straighforward and easy, within 5 minutes of dropping off vehicle we were on the minibus and on our way to the airport. we were dropped at the airport bus-station due to security reasons and had a 10 minute walk through to the terminal. On arrival back from our holiday, the minibus arrived very quickly after our phone call to them. Very efficient. This is the 2nd time we have used them for our parking.

when arriving back to the uk at 2.45am we had was given the wrong directions on where twait for our pick up. we was told our pick up would arrive in 10 mins 1/2 hr later when iphoned & enquired where they was i was very rudely spoken to & called a liar saying i hadnt been waiting 1/2. eventually our pick up arrived after waiting over an hr.

We flew from Manchester to Tunisia on the 26th June and arrived at the car park in the middle of the night and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. However, on our return there was some confusion as to where we got picked up. We waited about 20 minutes only to find that we were waiting in the wrong place so I would suggest a more prominent sign to let travellers know wshere to stand. Overall, I will definately use the service again and would recommend to anyone who neede car parking at Manchester Airport.

Ideally located for Manchester airport, easy to follow directions supplied. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. On our arrival at Manchester, our transport back to Autostrong was ready waiting to take us there no waiting around.Great value for money, I will definately use Autostrong again.

came back and my window had a binbag over it and was told the window would not wind up even though it was left locked when they move the cars they sometimes wind the windows down but my car had been left a week with a bin bag over it and when i ask for an explanation i was told it was my cars fault

Very good service and I would not hesitate to use it again. The pick up on return was very efficient and even though there were only the two of us at that particular point in time there was no question of waiting till more folk turned up. Good value for money.

Would recommend to anyone. Very secure site that is tucked away but directions are spot on - even I didn't get lost! Immediate transfer and prompt collection. Was wary as asked to call once got luggage, that I may need to wait, but pick up was waiting. Very quick transfer back to car which had been brought around to collection bays ready to go. Transfer vehicle is compact so a little squashed but so quick that really not a problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the directions were good, the minibus was waitng for us when we arrived home in England so we did not have to wait in the cold to be picked up. I would say all in all it was the best carpark we have used so far.

the facility seems to be quite along trek from the motorway, however this is made up for by the friendly service, and quick transfer to the airport. As for the collection service on return from my holiday, this is definately the best service i have received.

The hotel, where you turn for the location states 200 yds on the website direction, when in fact it is quite a distance (maybe a mile or so)! This confused us and we thought we were lost. At the early time in the morning we were arriving, we finally found a garage attendent who pointed us in the right direction. Site needs changing. We were coming from the midlands on the M6. Other than that, we would use these company again. Excellent!

When we arrived at car park at 4am on a Sunday morning a receptionist was fast asleep and snoring at the desk. She was woken up by a colleague and then asked me for some information about return flight. Whilst she was writing she fell asleep again so I had to wake her up. Her colleague told me the night had been very busy. As this was the first time we had used the car park it wasn't a good first impression, however I do appreciate it must be difficult to stay awake when working nights. I would recommend using this car park because very efficient transfers using the lanes to/from airport. We had no problems contacting the office on our return to Manchester and didn't have to wait long at all before we were picked up.
