This is a great parking facility. Had no problems whatso ever. Was picked up on arrival back to the Uk and transfers to and from the airport was fantastic! Could not fault! It is very cheap as well! I saved more than £30 using this company! Would 100% recommend! :-)

Everything went very smoothly. Transfers were punctual, including an 01:30 return, and the car was parked ready for us to drive off as soon as we arrived back. About 3 minutes from arriving at the park to leaving- excellent. Can't imagine that I'll use anyone else in future. And excellent value- budget price but premium service.

I was actually worried about leaving my car here, it is a rather shabby location and I would not use it again. The receptionist was extremely offhand when I arrived after a long drive. The transfer drivers were not at all friendly and the return driver seemed to think he was in race to get back to the depot, and drove at fairly breakneck speed along country lanes with little regard for the passengers on board. I was very happy to drive away from the place in my car. It was cheap but I would gladly pay more next time

Not too hard to find,quick transfer in a minibus,picked up quickly on return and car waiting back at the car park ready to go,would use again if price the same.

The wait for the transfer from the car park to the airport took far too long and as a result, despite arriving at the car park in plenty of time, we only just checked in as they were closing out our flight. The transfer on the way back was far better, but I think in future I'd pay a little more and get a better service.

our car would not start when we went to pick it up. after a long flight this is all we needed NOT. the staff told us and helped us get the car going, nothing was to much trouble for them. thanks :-)

Your parking facility served a purpose as it was cheap however i got the impression that cheap was an excuse for poor presentation. On leaving we were left waiting in the minibus for 15 minutes with no evidence of anyone else in the car park needing a lift to the airport. When we did finally set off, we were told by the driver that he would be asked to turn round and collect people who had passed us entering the facility! it was only when we complained that he carried on to the terminal. On our return, on entering the reception area there were two men behind the counter discussing a vehicle, one of whom swore in front of me. Your receptionist on the shift when i arrived also left a lot to be desired in terms of presentation and customer pleasantries. I dont begrudge people being overweight but the girl behind the counter looked like she needed a good wash, a dress code put in place and a lesson in manners.

the bus was waiting for use when we left the airport and on return for our car it was outside the office ready to drive away overall very good value for money, would not hessertate to use them again

No problems with this service at all really - a little slow on pick up from terminal on return(02.30 hrs) - 20 mins stood waiting so I would guess incoming arrival times are not tracked too closely in the wee small hours and the coach despatches from base on receipt of phone call - unfortunately Manchester T2 is quite a quick exit process these days so a wait seems inevitable unless transfer buses are in airport vicinity. However, easier to find than others I've used and good value for money.

Directions were emailed to us so that was good. Arrived in plenty of time but had no need to worry as the booking in procedure was easy and a mini bus was waiting to take us straight to the airport. We were given a letter with the telephone to ring when we arrived back and once again a mini bus was waiting at the airport for us. Staff were polite and courteous. Apleasant easy transfer and we will definately use again.

Friendly staff, excellent and prompt service. The price we paid was low so I must admit, i wasnt expecting too much but was very pleasantly surprised. Thanks

Easy to locate, very quick check in, transport vehicles a little tatty, driver in the airport waiting even though an early morning landing. Overall can't fault the service for the price.

It was a bit awkward to find. Woman on reception wasn't friendly. Also had to wait quite a while when we arrived back at Manchester.

Quickly dropped off keys, quick transfer too the airport. Very easy sorting the pick up, then car was waiting for us at the car park ready to leave. Perfect.

This is the second time we have used this service and will do so in the future for best delivery and price.

This is a good service. They do exactly what they promise to do. I recommend that you bookmark them on your PC for all your future trips.

We were transported quickly and efficently from the car park to the airport at 3am. On arrival back in Manchester we phoned a freephone number and were told to wait by column 1 (easily located). The minibus was with us in just a few minutes and took us safely back to the car park where the car was waiting and ready to go. Staff were not particularly friendly in the office but I don't suppose I would be at 3am. Would not hesitate to use the service again or recommend to others.

Good value for a one week holiday, however not the cheapest alternative for a two week holiday. The worst thing about flying is the waiting around and this was kept to a minimum when parking up and picking up at the end of the holiday. An important feature for me is that the parking is on the nearest home side of the airport (which it is) so that I didn't have to travel further than necessary and thus increase my total journey time. My car was ready to load and go as I arrived back at the parking and I was on my way 5 minutes after arriving for my car.

Taken to the airport promptly on arrival. Upon return from holiday we had to wait longer than expected. Other security parking services seemed to turn up for people who arrived at the bus stop after us, therefore we were first at the stop and last to leave.
