The service we received was very good. Minibuses were ready to take us to the airport on our departure day and when we arrived back we only had to wait a few minutes for the pick up. Very pleased with Autostrong!

Dont overpay by parking at more expensive carparks. Autostrong was Efficient & Relaible we use them four times a year and havnt had a problem yet Laura - Leeds

First time using this type of service out of Manchester and was worried about being in middle of sticks when leaving car, but directions were good, service was on the mark and well organised. Only company offering insured cover on site. Friendly staff were helpful and accommodated my early return from the booked dates. The pick up service was waiting outside the terminal when I arrived, couldn't ask for better. Storage facilities no nonse but no obvious toilets, especially after long flight. Only criticuistm was that the minibus could have done with a valet. Would recommend to a friend any day.

A very efficient service. We left the car parkat 5-20am with no waiting time and the staff were cheerful. When we returned, we phoned Autostrong and the minibus arrived within 10 minutes to collect us. A very good service which we would use again.

Unnecessary delay in getting us to our car. We had to wait for another plane to land before they would take us and the driver was the most unfriendly we have ever had in any airport. We had used Autostrong a lot in the past but it would take a great deal of money off their costs before we would use them again.

A good service on the whole for the price especially. The compound looks very secure and the tranfer time is good on the whole. Have your mileage & return flight details ready as you check in as they are needed for the paper work.

from arriving at the depot it was instant service,and we were at the airport within 15 mins, coming home, the mini-bus was there as we walked out of the airport and our car was parked ready to drive away, cannot fault in any way

Staff were bright and cheerful when we arrived at 5am in the morning. Our transfers to and fro the airport were effecient and uneventful. Have already recommended them to a friend.

The staff were helpfull and friendly. The service was great, both drop off and pick up were quickly executed. No waiting around for ages! The only negative was that the buses were not very clean inside.

Well what can one say, just brill staff, quick, easy and easy to find with sat-nav. Car warmed up for you a cpouple of min's before you arrive back to carpark and we needed it, we returned to a cold evening. I will be using them again in August this year. Good value for money. Good Job all round.

Have used this company before. On both occasions found them to be very efficient. The car park itself is at the back of a housing/industrial estate which makes it hard to find, directions are essential.

We would use Autostrong again, we found them very organised our flight was 3 hours late so we rang them when we got to the airport, I was very impressed that they already had been following our flight and a pick up bus was waiting outside for us from the airport. Keep up the good work, we will be using Autostrong again, fantastic value for money and great customer service.

I found the staff pleasant and helpful. I only had to wait 10 minutes to be picked up for the return journey.

We were late arriving at car park..got lost..should have followed the directions given. Transfer took ages due to heavy congestion..approx 45 mins..but driver did his very best and we managed to catch our flight. Didn't have to wait too long for minibus upon return from holiday. Overall good value for money and would use again.

We had no problems what so ever and on our return the car was ready in he forecourt for us. in some other parks you have to go hunting for your car. other placesjust sayit is in row whatever, where as Autostrong it wasready topickup and drive. we also receiveda discount card for if we go again. the staff informed us of other services they do ie hotel and parking.

It was nearly midnight when we got back and very frosty. We were very pleased to see our car outside the office ,already warmed up and ready to go. Well done Autostrong!!

Prompt transfers. The driver who took us to the airport could have done to smile a bit. The driver on the return journey was very polite and very friendly. I would definitely use their services again.

dear site its was the first time we had used the tranport system, and the first time traveling to airport , so information was important it was excellent,it made our holiday easier, and we were happier knowning that our car was safe// l will always book again ,
