It was an easy to find Car Park with good efficient transfers to and from the airport and good value for money. However the building where the office is located needs renewing as the toilets were disgusting. The two women in my party who were desperate for the loo could not even enter due the delapatated and filthy state.

The staff are very friendly the transfer takes about 15 minutes. very quick to collect you from the terminal on arrival back from you hols. Overall great value for money and i will use them again. Well recommended.

The welcome we received was good and the lady who took us to the airport was super. On the return we had to wait over 15 mins for pickup and the driver was extremely grumpy..perhaps he was tired?!!! Would probably use again owing te price.

easy to follow directions, efficient bookling in and transfer to terminal. On return again prompt service despite it being early hours of the morning. Would recommend and use again.

The Office has posters on the walls stating No Smoking, which I applaud. However, it is clear that the Staff smoke, as the Office stunk of smoke, as did the transfer vehicle, which I believe is unacceptable and possibly illegal nowadays?

Armstrong park and fly is a no frills good value for money car park.I say no frills because they have a porter cabin as an office and you go to the airport by mini bus not coaches. I researched for days on the net for a safe car park and this one seemed one of the best. They really looked after our car and that's what matter's. The lady driver of our mini bus was great, she took us to T1 via back road so we didn't get stuck in traffic. We would use them again if we fly from Manchester.

This was my first visit to Manchester Airport and I found the services offered by Autostrong to be well up to expectations making the transfers to and from the airport easy and convenient. If I fly from Manchester in future I will most certainly use the services offered by Autostrong and I will recommend you to others.

Parking surface was full of potholes, which were muddy and wet. Hence getting luggage to and into the car was a dirty job. Car park had flight details, thought they would have checked our arrival back in the UK. Instead we had to ring and wait 30 minutes at 3am in the morning.

Very clear directions, and a pleasant welcome, although we were early. Able to wait inside out of the cold but not much room when others arrived. Good transfer. Return - very little waiting time and friendly help with luggage. Car ready and waiting on return.

We arrived at about 4.30 in the morning, after following easy to read directions. Paperwork took a matter of seconds and we were on our way to the airport on comfortable transfer bus. On arrival we telephoned the number given, a pleasant member of staff gave directions as to where our mini-bus was waiting. Just my husband and I and another couple off on our way in a matter of minutes. Although our flight was delayed a couple of hours, there was no extra charge. Very pleasant and helpful driver drove us back to the Autostrong car park. Again, just signed the waiting paperwork and off home. I can highly recommend this company, I felt my car was in good hands whilst we were away.

Really well organised on initial arrival and the same when coming to pick your vehicle up. Staff really pleasant and gave you the feeling that they new exactly what they were doing which is not always the case in other car parks. We missed the bus beacause our cases had been mislaid but within five minutes another one came to take us to our car - brilliant!

Very quick and efficient transfer to airport. Upon return was great until I was told I was a liar about notifying them of a change in our return time. I had told them AND APH of the change 2 weeks prior to travel but the lady was very stroppy and told me I had signed the form stating our return time-this was not pointed out to me at the time and she asked rhetorically "should you not read things before you sign things?" which I suppose is true but I assumed , wrongly, that the guy I rang at Autostrong would have been capable of changing a time? Will not use again, maybe very narrow minded but no need for the attitude I encountered. Not paying for that type of service.

Rather surly driver on return who told us off for not listening to instructions about where to find him! Also it's a good 10-15 mins from the airport and I think there must be services that are a lot closer. But not bad overall, quick pick up and drop off, no hanging about

It was a bit further out than I thought it would be but the service was excellent. I was picked up within minutes of making the phone call to say I was ready to be collected. The car was also ready & waiting for me to just load my cases & go. Would use this car park again without a doubt. Very goo value for money as well. Thanks

Booking on the websit was very easy and quick confirmation received. Instructions on how to find the place were OK up until final left turn....wasn't warned that it was not the left turn at traffic lights,but small side road just before ! Once I found the place it was very easy book in and transfer and on return the procedure was very easy and quick. I would definately recommend this car park.

arrived shortly before 3am on a saturday morning, we were dealt with very quickly, smoothly and most pleasantly. On return i phoned the number and was given very clear directions and we were picked up in minutes, we will use this service again without doubt, thank you

At arrival at Autostrong Park and Ride I went into the office with car keys while my partner unloaded cases from the car. I handed in the keys and was given receipt straight away. By the time I got outside the cases were already loaded into the transfer vehicle and we immediately set off for the airport. Driver was very friendly. On return from the holiday we collected cases from the collection point at airport and then phoned the number we had been given to notify Autostrong that we were ready for collection. By the time we walked the short distance to the collection point (about five minutes) the vehicle had arrived to pick us up. A faultless service at a very competative price. This is the second time I have used this company, and will not hesitate in using them again.

we viewed many other sites offering airport parking, we chose autostrongs because of the price half the cost of a taxi, and the transfer time to the airport, we were concerned over leaving our car keys but upon arrival we had to give our mileage on the form we signed, we were the only people waiting to be transfered,i thought we would have to wait but our luggage was loaded onto a minibus and we were taken to the airport it took us approx 15 min we were dropped off at the point we was to be picked up, upon arrival we rang the freephone number we was given and was told to go to the pick up point which was 50 yards from the terminal doors, we had to wait appxox 20 min, our car was waiting for us when we arrived back hence the need for our keys, i have no hesitation in reccomending this company.

it was a difficult place to find in the early hours of the morning. b&q is not easily seen as you drive on the main road, a better landmark to use might be halfords which is clearly seen on the left as you drive along and then direct your customers from there. thanks barrie horsley

Quite frankly, look no further. At Autostrong cars seemed lined up and parked far enough apart without fear of door dents whilst we were away. Mileage checked. External car condition registered. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. No big rush to make the departing link vehicle. No strange 'some drivers can touch your bags some can not'. Competitive price - in fact the cheapest - for being as close to airport as the major competitors who now seem puzzlingly to think that cars need to be valeted - and block out chunks of spaces for valeting - thus pushing up their price.
