Arrived and was met by a member of staff who explained what would happen, we were asked to await the arrival of the next minibus who would then direct us to the parking space. That done the chap assisted with the unloading of the car and loading of the van, then drove to the airport. Perfect. The return journey exactly the same in reverse. Thank you Securapark, you've got our vote, will will use you again and we will recommend you to friends etc.

I have never experienced a service like it, on arrival the customer service was disgusting. The driver on the way to the airport was rude and drove like a racing car driver nearly causing several accidents. On return we all the office as advised, when after 30 mins sat outside late at night in the cold i rang the office and got a very rude man who was no help at all. The minibus arrived after a further 10 mins and the driver was well mannered and drove carefully. A terrible service will never use again.

The service was ok overall, the thing that let it down was that we had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport. I would probably use them again, just not after flying through the night when you're really tired and want to be picked up quickly.

The covered secure car parking is easily reached and within 10 minutes or so of the airport. Transfers to and from the airport were personal and quick. You can get parking for less, but for hassle-free travel I can recommend Securapark, and will happily use again.

This is an excellent Airport Car Park. Arrived abd was met by an attendent. He took some details, loaded our luggage into mini-bus, and then I followed him to the car park space. We kept our keys. Dropped off at the terminal within 10mins of arriving at car park. On return, rang the number. They came to collect us after 10-15mins. Superb service. Will use again.

Arrival process was very simple and quick. Parking was under cover and secure. Transfers to and from the airport took approx 5 mins without any delays. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definately park here again.

Was far easier and faster than I thought it was going to be. Car kept underground and in same condition as when I left it. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine except being picked up from the airport when we got home. We were told a bus would be there for us in 20 mins. 50 mins later it arrived and had no room for us. Waited 10 mins for another bus. The car park is only 5 mins from the airport!!!

A very good service with a return pickup within 15 minutes of my call. Very good for getting off an on the motorway network. Will use again if the price remains competitive.

Basically its a multi storey car park in a rough area of manchester a few minutes rat run away from the airport through a council estate. Tight parking spaces inside and not ideal for parking our large Suv vehicle so we took the coupe. the advert said it was a secure site, Security looks initially good on arrival but disapointed when we returned on a friday night to find the site open so anyone could wander about the site off the street on foot, after driving around the site to find our way out no visible foot patrol security guard or anyone from the company visible. Cctv may be present but thats only usefull when its too late and your cars been screwed for its stereo. Thankfully my £30k Audi was un-touched but parked tightly next to a tatty van. Dissapointingly I had a 30 minute wait for pickup after phoning them upon clearing customs as asdvised, aledgedly due to staff at the office going home without telling the driver i was left waiting 30 minutes and only collected by chance as the driver was picking somone else up. Thats what the driver said when he appollogised, however he did look stressed as he was constantly being called on the mobile while driving and his' hands free car kit is not legally handsfree'.... Transfer vehicles were dirty inside and not of a decent standard, they apeared poorly maintained high mileage runabouts with my judder and rattle than a baby with tourettes. Would i use again?.... only if i didnt care about my car and wanted a free tour of the set of shameless.

Close to airport and very easy to locate. Efficient service. Dropped off right outside the check in point of the terminal so didnt have to walk for miles unlike with some companies. Not a great pick up location at the airport on return as it is outside and it was freezing waiting for the bus to pick us up. Fortunately it wasnt too long a wait. Would use again.

Our first experience was great. Our second wasn't.The ladyin the office was really helpful and efficient but she couldn't cope with the level of useage.We had a long wait and were in danger of missing our gate call. We had already logged in by computer so were told to arrive about 1 hour before. More staff were needed to move people through quicker.

Arrived at car park at 4 am on a Sunday and was greeted by friendly staff who got me booked in, parked up and off to terminal 3 within 15 mins. Return trip was even better. Wednesday afternoon, I phoned from the customs hall and was starting my car within 10 minutes. I would definitely use this service again and have already recommended Securapark to family and friends.

Speedily and efficiently booked into secure car park before being driven the short distance to airport. On return, waited only 5 minutes for pick up. Would recommend and will definitely use again when travelling from Manchester airport.

Arrival procedure was quite straightforward & i liked the fact that the car is in a secure multi story & you keep your keys with you. Waiting after arrival back at Manchester was minimal - altogether a good service.

fairly easy to find, Had to wait about 10 mins to be collected. Area seemed well secured. Only critism was that the cars queueing to be collected blocked the minibus to get through so drivers were getting a little confused at where to go. Drive was a little irratic to the airport but to be fair there was a queue and a rush on so I think the driver was doing his best to clear the queue. definately use again and recommend.

There was a delay when I arrived. But this did not cause me too much of a problem. I waited 40mins but I was assured by other customers this was not a regular occurance. The pick was was efficient and great

We had an early flight but were detained for 45 mins at the car park, were late checking in, and could not sit together. On return we rang when we cleared customs and its was 30 mins before we were picked up and then they could not find our car in the park.
