I understand that we chose the cheapest car parking option and this was reflected in the systems opperating and has to be expected, I guess. It seemed to take us ages to park up the car and get on the transfer bus. Luckily, we left with plenty of time to spare so it was ok.

Will never leave my car there again.I booked it because my father is wheelchair bound and it says that its got disabled facilities but it hasnt. Also on return, i phoned the number provided and again did not provide us with adequate transport, therefore i had to get a taxi to the carpark.On arrival they could not locate my keys, then to make matters worse i approached my car to find that it had been left open for the duration of my holiday.

Unforotunately minibus was not able to pick us up at terminal 3 due to security measures. We had to walk to terminal 1 and then to far end of the car park - it would have helped if we could have been warned about this before leaving as one of our party has severe walking difficulties.

Had a good experience with Securapark! Arrieved, gave them the voucher, waited a short while while they processed the information, then parked the car and off we went in a minibus. On the return, called Securapark to let them know we had arrived and they sent a minibust straight over - only had to wait 5 mins. Great value for money i think.

Could not have been easier. Once you get to the car park, you simply follow the mini bus to your designated parking spot and the driver helps you unload and load luggage then take you to your departure terminal. Simple. On return one call and the driver was there in 10 Min's to take us back to our car. Simply wonderful. We will definatly use this company again.

Appearance and location of car park initially daunting but was easily found with the online directions.It appeared to be secure and turned out to be only a short distance away from the terminals. The check in procedure was painless and the transfers were quick and smooth - the mini bus on return being ready and waiting at the designated spot within the time it took to walk there having made the call after clearing customs. Excellent value and service. Will use again.

This is the first time we have tried off airport parking - besides costing us less it was also fast and efficient and actually more convenient then parking at the airport in that transfers were direct from car to airport and same on return - no walking to bus collection points or waiting for a bus to arrive - we will certainly wait again

the driver was rude, threw the cases around and drove like a mad man and we were told it was under cover and ended up on the roof. We were going to complain at the time but it was late at night and the office seemed closed please reply for more details.

Very courteous service dropped at terminal within 20mins from entering carpark, driver very helpful, on arrival back I called as instructed and was told that they were quite busy and they would be there asap, they arrived within 5 mins of call and within 20 mins of first call i was on motorway on way home. driver picked us up confirmed my name and took me stright to my car without asking where it was parked 5 star customer service and price was very very reasonable, will definatley use next time I go away

on getting to the carpark we were took to our car parking space and was then at the airport within ten minutes, on arriving back into the uk the carpark had given us a phone number to ring when we had cleared customs, we done this and they were there within 10minutes, a really great efficient reliable service, dont hesitate to book with this company.

Arrived at the car park early morning but was greeted straightaway by the staff, shown to the parking space and in the transfer van to the airport all within a space of about 15 minutes which I thought was excellent. On arrival home, rang the company to get the transfer to the car park, we only had to wait about 10-15 mins and we're on our way home before you know it. We had no faults at all with this company, would definately use them again.

I have used many long term car parks, many have been difficult to find or along way from the airport. Securepark stricks an excellent balance between value for money and proximity to the airport. They where also the most professional out fit i have ever used, they obviously took the buisness very seriously, I would recomend them to anyone and I will certainly be using them again.

The whole experience was very proffessional. Check in prompt, directed to parking place by following mini bus. Taken to the airport by friendly driver. Picked up within 5 minutes of telephone call by another friendly driver, car safe. Very, very impressed, would definately use them again and feel comfortable recommending them!!!

My only poor observation would be that the driver was 'grumpy'. That aside, the service was excellent - especially the collection from the airport after our holiday. As we walked out of the terminal the driver pulled up - excellent with us having a young family.

Easy to find - a bit grim looking from the outside. Parking the car was a painless experience with professional helpful staff. Transfer to the airport was done in five minutes. Coming back at 3.00am was a breeze the mini-bus was there to pick us up as we walked out of the terminal, we were on our way by 3.20am - well priced,excellent service.

Met at gate and transported immediately to airport. Driver courteous and friendly. On return (0815 Friday) phoned Car Park and advised that there would probably be a 20 minute wait. Went to Bus Stop 2, minibus arrived almost straightaway and I managed to get on board as another passenger hadn't turned up. No problems and would certainly recommend.

The one person dealing with many customers was overwhelmed. There was quite a delay being processed and transported but I was queue-jumped because I was alone without luggage. I was not given the phone number for return journey and had to request one from the driver.

We misread directions on the way there so ended up doubling back on ourselves on the motorway, but other than that it was fairly easy to find. Parking up was very easy and the transfer minibus picked us up directy from where the car was parked. On the way back, they were expecting our call. We had a slight mix-up re which bus stop to stand at (stop 2 rather than the second stop) which meant we missed the first pick-up but they were very apologetic and another mini-bus was there within 10 minutes, so it wasn't a major problem. Overall, at the price I would say excellent value.

We arrived at 5am. Staff were helpful and friendly explaining how their parking system worked. You follow their mini-bus to your parking spot they helped us load all our luggage into the bus. Transfer was quick, driver was chatty. We kept our car keys with us whilst away. On our return we called to arrange pick-up and they were with us within 5 minutes. We driven straight to our car, he helped load our luggage into our car. A perfect service! The prices are good, the service was flawless, will use them again without hesitation.Location is a secure multistorey so felt confident that nothing wouldhappen whilst we were away and had great peace of mind. Highly recommended

Directions to your car park were excellent. We had two cars in our party (eight passengers in all)and there was immediate transfer to the airport in a comfortable eight- seater which had plenty of room for us and our luggage (including diving equipment). The return from the airport was very prompt - it took only a short phone call. Will definitely use you again. Best wishes
