the system ought to be that you drop of your luggage at a waiting room park your car return wait for the bus instead of queing in a line waiting for the bus to land which invariably is stuck behind the queue!each bay to be numbered for ease of relocating your car when returning we waited 20minutes to return to the car park longer than wating for our luggage we saw other company vehicles picking up fellow passangers within 10 minutes

I have used this car park a few times over recent years and both courtesy of drivers and service has always been of a high standard. This particular holiday, our transfer was already waiting for us at the airport on our return even though flight was half an hour late. Thankfully the service was that popular other travellers were also being picked up and we managed to go back on that run.

I chose Securapark because it was good value and near the airport. The service given was very good. On the return journey the bus came very soon after we rang and delivered us safely to our car. We will use Securapark again.

The confusion at arrival at your car park was that with a number of cars all arriving at the same time there was nowhere to park while we were waiting to be shown where to park for the duration of the stay. Also, the receptionist, clearly under pressure , gave a lot of verbal information, very quickly, which at 5am in the morning after a 90 minute car ride was very sudden and unexpected. I will say that the pick up from thr airport was very quick and efficient.

Overall excellent service with no problems at all.

Securapark is very unlike any off airport car park I've ever used. Firstly, they occupy the top floors of an ASDA multistory car park, in quite a difficult to find location. From entering, the amateur feel begins with the way you park up behind a van in the entrance and fill in strange forms to check in. You then follow the van in your car though the empty car park to a remote space. The transfer is fairly quick, but the whole process very strange. I think I'd pay a little more next time for a more professional outfit.

Slightly confusing directions when exiting the A56 but otherwise very straight forward to use. Staff met us at the parking lot straight away and had us on the transfer bus immediately. You park your car yourself and take the keys with you in what is basically a multi storey car park. On the return we were met within 10 minutes of calling them. The distance from the airport to the car park is very short. Would definately use again

The pros probably speak for themselves, as for the cons; we got lost both going to and from the car park due to its location. We might not be the best navigators in the world but we aren't that bad. The parking is on the top deck of a multi-story car park so don't bother washing you car until you get back and if travelling in winter make sure you have scraper/de-icer handy. When waiting for the bus on the return we (sensibly, we thought) waited inside out of the rain and wind and kept an eye on "Pillar 3". Unfortunately it isn't clearly numbered and the one that (counting down from the other pillars) should be 2 is the one we should have been watching. The driver waited patiently but drove off without looking inside for us. If only he had spent one minute checking he would have saved all of us three quarters of an hour. Would possibly use again but will check elsewhere first. 3/5 I think would be a fair score.

The car park was easy to find, upon arrival staff were very efficient and friendly. My flight was delayed home and the staff were great with sorting out alternate arragements, and carpark to terminal transport was excellent!!

I would use the company again, i was a bit disapointed with the driver on my return visit, his choice of offensive music playing on the cd was very inappropriate especialy if there had been young children on board, it wasnt as if it was on accidentaly, it was on repeat!!

Very happy. Multi storey car park easy enough to find. Transfer vehicle follows you (& any other cars) as you park your car. I'd say to allow 5-10 mins for this process & then a 5 min transfer to the airport. On return I 'phoned from T2 & was picked up within 5 mins. We then picked up 3 others at T1 & so the transfer took 5 - 10 mins in total. I think the transfer driver (friendly as he was) thought he was Lewis Hamilton, so if you get the same guy, buckle up & hold on tight! I will use again.

Everything went according to plan, particularly from car park to the airport terminal. I have some reservations about the pick up from the airport, previously when I have used other providers I have waited in a shelter, this time I had to wait in an open car park. There is some shelter provided by an overhead bridge roof but if rain was blowing accross it could be very unpleasant

Excellent service. This is the second time we have used your parking and it has been trouble free (except below!), fast and a pleasure to use. The only problem was the instructions re the motorway exit 3A. we left at junction 3 because by the time that the 3A sign was displayed we were on the exit road.

On arrival to carpark we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. We checked in, unloaded the luggage and I got on the minibus with my daughter, then my husband followed the minibus to the dedicated parking space. We were taken straight to the airport - the driver assisted us with luggage at all times. On return, we contact the number issued, were given a collection point which was clear and easy to find, and the minibus arrived within 5 minutes, returned us to our vehicle, again assisted in unloading the luggage and we were on our way back home within minutes. Car park very secure, cars were spaced out, good friendly service all round - would definately use again.

Staff on arrival did not understand that we would be coming back from a different airport than we were flying to. Staff could not spell 'Boston'. On return it would be good if a record of which bay our car was parked in was available to save time searching for it.

I found the car park a bit difficult to find. May have struggled finding it if it wasn't for a my sat nav. Had to wait 15 minutes for the tranfer bus to turn up before i could park my car then tranfer the luggage over. (30 minutes in all before we were at the terminal).Our car was parked on the top floor which was unroofed. This wouldn't of been a problem if hadn't been raining when we arrived back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pick up service from terminal was prompt. Would use again ,but if I was short of time would drive straight to long stay carpark.

arrived at securaparc 4.45 & due to check in at airport 5.30. seven cars waiting in front of us to book in, 1 man with a clipboard and no transfer buses in sight. two 8 seater mini buses were struggling to cope with amount of people arriving. got to airport at 6.30 with desk about to close. very stressful experience, we thought we were going to miss our flight.

We picked this car park out of several in a list based mainly on price but also that you keep your car keys with you whilst on holiday. The first imppressions are a little daunting as its in the middle of a housing estate but the staff were very efficient and inspired confidence. The transfers were quick both ways with no long waiting time on the return journey. We would definately use Secura Park Again.

we will not be using the services of securpark again. the parking was only 5 minutes from the airport. but on our return we had to wait 50 yes 50 minutes for the transport back to our car. we could have walked to the car in half that time. needless to say the excuse we were given was an insult to our intellegence.

Worst parking experience ever. Took 45 mins from arrival at barrier to be shown to car park space. Staff very stressed. Good job I'd left enough time, otherwise would have missed flight. Also when returning, we had to wait 1 hour to be collected, because company only uses small minibuses even though there are many passengers to be picked up. Will not use again.
