A very good set-up. Easy enough to find - I did a reckie first of all just to make sure. Will definately use again, so that's a good recommendation. If there was one small niggle (and it is very minor), the wait for the bus back to the car park was a little longer than with other car parks used, but I think that was just because we were tired & wanted to get home as quickly as possible. Don't let this comment put you off though - it is a good operation & would as already said use it again.

Arrived at the car park and within 15 minutes we were at the terminal. Staff friendly and all paperwork was ready for us just to sign. On return mini bus with us within 5 minutes of clearing customs. Only down side is that it is above asda supermarket car park in a dodgy area.

On return they had parked another car infront of ours and we had to struggle to get out, if they have to do this they should take the keys so it can be moved ! Cars were parked very close together which made it even more difficult !

Rang them once we were stood outside in the pouring rain at 2.00am, only to be told we had the wrong number,(twice)then got through using the same number, to be told that someone would be with us stortly. Numerous calls later we were eventually picked up, no apologies nothing. We even had to put our own cases in the minibus. It took 45mins to get back to our car, will never use them again.

Discovered flat battery on return. Very helpful staff immediately got us back on the road quickly with a jump start.

On the return journey it was pouring with rain. Previously I was told not to ring until outside the terminal which I was about to do when i saw a securpark bus I ran with my luggage to get on, the driver refused to let us even though it was very cold and wet and there was room. We had to wait 20 minutes for the next bus. The office were very apologetic but it did let the service down.

A painless procedure. Staff were helpful, pick ups and drop offs on time. I will use the service again. Mick Booth

I arrived at the car park, was met by a chap who took my details. He then arranged for another chap who was driving the mini bus to show me where to park after loading my luggage into the mini bus. I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare for check in. When I arrived home, I rang the number they had given me and within 5 minutes, the mini bus was there to collect me and take me back to my car. Excellent service thank you!

easy to book. good directions and easy to find just off the motorway. simple call when plane landed and minibus was there in 5 mins. all went to plan perfectly. would recommend.

Very good, and much quite a bit cheaper than the airports own parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll be using again if I fly from Leeds again.

We arrived at the car park at 6.55am and did not get taken to the airport till 7.55am which resulted in us having to go to rapid check in to make our flight. We were told that they were short staffed, offered no alternative method of getting to the airport and the staff were extremely rude. We would never ever use this service again, and I can say with confidence that this will be an opinion shared by many others!

The parking location was easy to find thanks to the excellent directions, staff were very helpful and were expecting us. We were earlier than expected, but this was no problem. The transfer to and from the airport was quick, vehicles were clean and drivers excellent and friendly. Will definitely use this service again and especially Securapark

Arrived at carpark and was immediately told where to park and taken on shuttle bus to airport. Staff friendly and helpful. On return called the number given so that we could be collected. It took over half hour for them to get to airport, which was annoying at 5am! On arrival he apologised and explained that they had been very busy at that time which was fair enough. Happy overall and will definately use securapark again.

Staff were friendly. The site was secure and the mini-bus dropped us off to the car so no heavy bags to drag. the minibus was on time and easy to find. A wonderful service we would definately use again.

On our return the flight was delayed 2 hours so we were really tired when we got to the airport. However, we phoned the transfer service and the minibus arrived minutes later. Overall a very quick and friendly service. Would use again.

first time taking and leaving the car at the airport was impressed by the service at securapark, easy to follow instructions on how to get there, fast transfers, helpfull staff, our battery was flat on our return and staff got us up and running again, will always use them in future and pass on recomendations, excellent!

The only negative comment I have, is that we had to wait at least 30 mins before being picked up from the airport. However, I would certainly use this company again, I felt safe using my car, and the staff were exceptionally frindly and efficient. The location of the car park is really near to the airport too.

no problems with the service provided, quick &easy transfers on a regular bases. no hanging around waiting for other passengers.

Transfers were prompt and on time and staff were friendly and helpful. Car park is 5 minutes away and easy to locate.
