Courtlands Parking provides Off-airport car parking near Heathrow Airport. With the convenience of regular transfers to all terminals and a high degree of security, this car park is a popular choice with travellers. Arrival Procedure
On arrival at Courtlands, follow the signs to "Arrivals". At Arrivals, park your car and unload your luggage before proceeding to the reception office. At reception you will be required to leave your car keys and printed confirmation email, and a receipt will be issued for your vehicle. After checking your vehicle in, you can board the transfer coach for the terminals at Heathrow.
Departure Procedure
On your return to the car park, go to reception with the receipt received on entry and exchange this for your car keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close to reception ready for your departure.
Transfer information
Transfers operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and run on demand, taking approximately 10-15 minutes. For transfers from the airport, coaches are located outside the terminals on the ground floor. Check the bus information panel on your vehicle receipt.
Security at Courtlands Parking

Disabled Facilities
A number of dedicated disabled parking spaces are located throughout the Courtlands car park. On arrival, press the Customer Service Intercom button at one of the ticket dispenser machines to be directed to one of the disabled parking areas.
Insurance Details
The car park indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on its part that is reported to Courtlands prior to leaving the car park site.

Directions to Courtlands Parking
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- Exit the M25 at Junction 15 onto the M4, in the direction of London.
- Exit the M4 at Junction 3, following signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham.
- Continue along the A312 for approximately 1.2 miles until reaching the Waggoners Roundabout.
- Take the 3rd exit, signposted Heathrow A4.
- Continue along the A4 (Bath Road) for approximately 0.6 miles, through 3 sets of traffic lights.
- Courtlands Heathrow is situated on the left, immediately after the Bunzl offices.

no problems whatsoever, one small thing which is not a huge problem when we picked car up it was dark and the lighting at the front was not good also we nearly missed the turn in so could be better illuminated but overall very nice experience thankyou we will use you again x

Entrance hard to find and easily missed as signs not well marked. One bus had broken and useless seatbelt mount. Transfers ok but car not brought to reception despite advance call from airport. Service staff ok but could smile and make you feel other than a bit of a chore.

Impossible to find, staff unable to give clear directions when contacted on telephone. Waited 60 minutes in freezing cold on return for transfer bus - told it would arrive in 10 minutes. Told was late because more people to transfer than expected and Monday morning rush hour traffic. Inexcusable as on booking one informs them time of arrival and number to pick up and hmmm, Monday morning rush hour traffic is always bad.

Used Courtlands for the first time on a recent trip to New York. The price was very competitive, and the transfers were punctual. My only real problem was with the size of the transfer buses. We had to stand in a queue and watched as everyone (only 7 people, mind you) got on with their luggage and filled the bus, and left us standing waiting for the next bus. Harsh. I would use them again, but I'd be sure to allow a little more extra time for the transfer, in case I get left out in the cold again.

Sign is missable (was by me anyway) so look hard! Other than that its a standard bit of rough tarmacced land with a fence and gate. Staff were all helpful and transfers were seamless. Would use again.

On arrival the staff were very helpful and the driver was very pleasant and cheerful. The arrival experience was very good, although I think the signage upon approach to the car park, should be nearer the road, as we spotted it too late to turn in to and had to do an about turn. The return leg was slightly different. It took 1/2 an hour for the bus to arrive after the call to the office and the driver was in a bad mood and didn't want to help with any of the bags. However, I would use it again.

Easy car park to find and near the airport. The transfers were quick, the drivers were prepared to load your luggage and friendly in attitude. Counter service was prompt and efficient which all made the beginning and end of the holiday a pleasent experience.

When we arrived at courtlands we were advised that they no longer served terminal 4 since our booking. however, within minutes we were transferred and upgraded with no extra cost and no time wasted. Superb.

The only trouble I had, was locating the courtlands. So if you don't have the GPS nav, then get the proper map for it. Not sure if you can rely on the "go past the 3 lights" thing. Other than that, everything was hunky dory. The drop off was instant as the transfer van was about to move. Pickup was on bus-stop 22, close from the arrivals on the left (close to the smoking zone at Arrivals). Plan your entry and exit (especially during peak traffic) to this carpark properly as the Wagoners roundabout near to the carpark at Hounslow can be a pain in the back.

Some car parks I have tried are aware of when your flight gets in whereas you have to ring courtlands to book the mini bus to collect you. Took almost 30 minutes to be collected.
