Arrival Procedure
Simply report to the car park reception on arrival and present your confirmation email or booking reference number. You will be required to hand over your keys to the attendant, who will park your vehicle.
Departure Procedure
On your return, as soon as you've cleared customs, call the number provided in your confirmation email to arrange collection.
Transfers
Transfers to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 via courtesy bus are provided by the car park. Transfers operate every 20 minutes and take approximately 15 minutes. You should, however, allow yourself plenty of time to check-in and transfer to the airport terminal.

Unfortunately I left some small change in coins about £5 in my car under my hand brake and it was missing when the car was returned. This tainted the experience. Perhaps I should have known better!

I booked with this company for a 10 day car park outside Heathrow costing £61.90(Park4Less). on arrival this companies premises had been closed (for what looked like a while). With no other option we had to go direct to Heathrow and pay the over-inflated charges there of £163.90. This obviously caused much stress at the begining of the holiday. On return i contacted the company who reluctantly offered me the original price back. They accepted no liability and tried to shift the blame on the postal strike! I would not use this service again and urge others strongly to do the same. I'm still over £100 out of pocket due to the incompetence and lack of intelligence of "Q-Park Park4less" and their "Booking agents".

We followed the directions to the car park and arrived at a rather run down industrial estate, only to discover that the car park no longer existed! We were not notified that Park4less was hopeless. Fortunately QPark came to the rescue.

The carpark was easy to find following supplied directions. On arrival at carpark we were processed quickly (5 mins)and had a minibus to airport within 20 minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On return we phoned for a pickup, but for the first two tries there was no answer which meant we had a longer wait (around 30 mins) until we were picked up. When we got to the carpark the car was ready waiting, just as we left it and were driving away 2 minutes later after picking up the key. All in all well worth the cheap price paid.

Found the whole experience stress free, the staff at Park 4 Less were courteous and efficient. Tranfers went without a hitch even with the recent security measures at Heathrow.Would recommend Park 4 Less to anybody.

The directions that are on the APH website are wrong. Once leaving the M4 it tells you to turn right. This should be left. This small error cost us lots of extra time.

I was very impressed at the quality of service, we were dealt with quickly and smoothly and we were on our way to the airport within minutes of dropping the car off. I will use Park 4 Less every time I'm flying from Heathrow in the future - excellent value for money.

The Staff were brilliant and it is great for your car to be ready waiting for you rather than having to remember where you put it! We will always use this car park when flying from heathrow. Excellent vale for money

On arriving at car park our luggage was taken from our car to the bus and we were checked in and on our way to airport in minutes. On our return the pick up at airport and collecting the car was equally swift and efficient. It is difficult to assess the security aspect but it appeared to be of an adequate standard.

Transfer takes long. Fortunately on arrival, when you are in a hurry for check in, the coach leaves the parking quickly. On return, you may enjoy a ride to other LHR terminals before heading back for the parking. Overall good value for money.

We used this service for the first time having tried a few of the other big car parks. We chose this one because of the price. We found there was a slight hic up with the directions from the site but I believe they have had this sorted out not. The staff were friendly, attentive and carried our bags for us. They made the children at ease and I totally relaxed from the moment I was on the shuttle which is comfortable and had seat belts unlike some of the big buses. I really cant fault the service and will be using again I am sure! Thanks

Location was a bit of a distance from the airport. However, the guys were on hand to take us to the terminal straight away.. Coming back, I had to ring them from the airport when I arrived & it took them about 20mins to show up.. All in all, I thought it was good value for money & I will use them again.
Directions to Park 4 Less
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- Leave the M4 at Junction 5 and take the A4, signposted Colnbrook.
- At the first set of traffic lights, turn left into Sutton Lane.
- At the next set of lights, turn right, signposted West Drayton / Iver.
- At the mini-roundabout, turn left by the tower Arms Pub into Thorney Lane.
- After crossing the railway bridge, take the first right, signposted Court Lane Trading Estate.
- Go under the M25 and turn left, following signs for Park 4 Less.
