Arrival Procedure

Please call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop-off point and terminal. When you arrive at departure terminal you will be met by a uniformed driver who will assist you with your luggage and confirm return details.

Departure Procedure

When you have collected all of your luggage, call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email and the chauffeur will return your vehicle to the designated pick-up point.
