Transfer details will depend on which method of parking is stipulated by the hotel. Please ensure you speak to reception upon checking in, and they will provide you with details and any specific instructions.
A hotel shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes, from 04.00 to 23.59 and costs £3.00 per person each way.
If parking in the secured car park, transfers to the South Terminal only are included and run every 7-10 minutes, 24 hours a day. If travelling from the North Terminal, a free transfer service operates 24 hours a day from the South Terminal.

Maple Manor parking package: Upon arrival at the hotel, park your vehicle in the hotel car park and proceed to the dedicated Maple Manor Parking desk to check-in your car. Your car will be taken from the hotel car park and stored in Maple Manor's secure compound for the duration of your trip. It will be brought back to the hotel car park for your return.

Great location, easy parking but would not use again as the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress similar to old style Travelodge beds before they were upgraded. Very disappointed!

There was a que to hand your car keys in and give them your details, but we obviously arrived at a busy time. Other than that everything was great.

We have no problems with Courtyard; it's the second time we have used them. Our only issue this time was our car was badly parked. We had to push it out of the bay to get in!

Room Spotless. Check in good. onsite parking non existent as most of car park given to rental companies. Opted for off site parking very efficient as desk in hotel. transfer slow but only a 10 min walk to south terminal.Bar very expensive. Did not eat at hotel

Efficient room and car check in however we were informed that if we wanted our car to meet us outside the terminal it would be an extra 16.95 rather than us collect it from the hotel car park. That is for a 2 minute drive! Additionally we walked to the terminal rather than use the 3per person shuttle.. It took us 8 mins to walk there it was flat and well signposted. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Bar lacked atmosphere but in an airport hotel it's what you'd expect. In all I would use again if I had a flight at an unsociable hour from the south terminal.

Room as comfortable and clean as we would like. We arrived at the hotel just in time to get a late night meal (at bar). The best burgers we have eaten in a long while!! This is the second time we have stayed here in the last six months. From the moment we arrived in reception to the minute we left, an excellent experience. Thanks!!

This was my sixth time at staying at the Courtyard, I find the hotel excellent, the staff are all so helpful and that includes the car park crew that collect and deliver the vehicles. The transfer to the south terminal is a ten minute walk which is so convenient and I shall be booking again next year.

The hotel is ok although you cannot book in until they are ready at 15.00. This does not match to where you travel too, who take you in at 11:00. The car parking is ok although the return trip via the bus seems longer than the 20 mins wait time, particularly after a long trip back to the UK.

Well situated for access to Gatwick airport. It is within walking distance but buses available as well. Spacious room and menu adequate for one night stay. I would recommend it for convenience and comfort.
