Transfers to Gatwick Airport

Transfers between the car park and the North terminal operate 24 hours a day at no extra charge. If flying from the South terminal, guests should take the free 24 hour monorail service from the North terminal, which runs every 3 minutes and takes around 2 minutes.

Parking Arrangements

Parking packages include parking at Gatwick Airport's Summer Special Car Park (near the North Terminal). You park overnight at the hotel. Reception will give you a voucher to exchange for long-term parking when you take your car to the airport car park in the morning.

music was too loud in restaurant, waiter could not hear and finished up by taking down an incorrect order. However manager soon rectified the problem. Pleasentley surprised with the quality of the food

We were very pleased with the Premier Lodge, rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet, staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered a good selection and served a first-class meal. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The morning was a nightmare. We had an 8.25am departure, and with the 20 minute journey from the hotel, then we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick us up from our gatwick car park to the terminal, we missed our flight. With 2 babies with us and all the buggies, car seats, and luggage, it was a nightmare, and cost me a fotiune to re-book us on a later flight, which thankfully BA could get us on 7 hours later. Yes, we should have left the hotel earlier, but we did not take into the equation how far we actually were from Gatwick, and also the lengthy wait for the shuttle bus. This should be made clear on booking. I booked a Hotel at Gatwick airport for the travel convenience. This hotle was not at Gatwick airport, and I feel that I was misled when I made the booking. Very annoyed about this as it has cost me a small fortune, not to mention the loss of a day of our holiday, and the nightmare of killing 7 hours at Gatwick with a 1 and 3 year old. Not pleasant!

Travelled from Cornwall,(5 hours). Nice room and pleasant reception staff but disapointed as restaurant closed 5 mins before arrival but would not consider preparing any food. (Sandwich from garage on site). Booked North terminal parking but got dropped and collected from South. Not every 15 min, more like 25-30.
