Standard Room facilities include a private bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, TV and phone. Rooms also have satellite channels, a radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer and trouser press. Non-smoking rooms are available. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Interconnecting rooms are available on request. Cots are available on request.

English breakfast is available from 06.00. Continental breakfast is available 24 hours a day and can be enjoyed in your room.

Important Information
- If a Room Only package is selected, and you wish to park a vehicle at the hotel, you will be charged at the hotel's standard daily rate for parking.
- Triple rooms consist of a double and single bed.
- Quad rooms consist of one double bed and two single beds.
- Family rooms are two interconnecting rooms (1 double and 2 singles).
- A limited menu is available over Christmas and New Year's.
Transfers to Gatwick Airport
Transfers to both terminals operate from 06.15 to 23.15 every half-hour. Outside these hours, transfers are available on request.
Charges for transfers are as follows:
- £3.00 per person each way
- £1.50 per child each way
- Children under 5 are free
Parking Arrangements
If a parking package is selected, price includes parking at Meteor Parking. Your car needs to be registered with Meteor Meet and Greet and any additional days will be charged on your return at £10.00 per day. This can be paid directly to Meteor. You will be required to leave your car keys at the Meteor Reception for the duration of the parking you have reserved. Your vehicle may be moved to a secure off site location by Meteor. Failure to register your car prior to leaving the hotel will result in a £20.00 per day charge on your return.

Good size room and facilities in the room and parking on the hotel grounds was good. Found the reception lacking in friendliness although efficient. No one to help with bags coming into reception so ended up getting a trolley and taking the bags upstairs on the trolley. Founds the reception very crowded and difficult to get past guests as everyone gathered just inside the door entering and leaving the hotel. Overall the hotel met our needs for a one night stay. Thank You.

The welcome was great even late and early leaving but the room was a quad family room, with a 80's style going on, the light switches were another storey, with them being beside every bed. It was a handy room.

We thought the efficiency of the transfer service was good, especially on return. A bus was at the bus stop when we arrived, was quick and easy and the car was easy to find on return. We would use the service again if looking for a stopover at Gatwick

booked hotel/parking for a very reasonable amount and services inc such as parking whilst on holiday made the nights stay basically free as parking at the airport would have been the same amount - good customer service and very well organised - would use again

Very good value for money. Parking on site makes life much easier. Room was very comfortable and clean. Transfer service to the airport and back again could not have been easier. Did not have to book so could transfer to airport when ready. The return journey was just as good. We arrived back at Gatwick around 02:00am. Only had to wait about 10 mins for the bus. Excellent service. Fully reccommended.

Everything was absolutely fine - all the staff were very helpful and the service was good. The restaurant ofered a varied menu, including veggie options. It was easy to find the hotel and the location was ideal for quickly getting to/from Gatwick airport. The price for room only plus 15 days parking was very reasonable compared with the parking only rates at the airport car parks and the overnight stay gave us a more leisurely start to our holiday. We thought the continental breakfast was a bit pricy especially as we did not want to have everything that was included in the set price. Although the hotel decor was perhaps a litle tired and in need of a refurb., the hotel was still good value for the money and I would be happy to use it again when travelling from Gatwick.

Only a few minutes from Gatwick North Terminal, which was easily accessible via the Hotel courtesy buses. The rooms are very comfortable. If i were to have any negative comments, it would be that the windows did not open therefore the rooms were extremely hot

We had an enjoyable experience staying at this hotel prior to our holiday abroad. Food was very good as was the atmosphere in general in the hotel. The rooms were well decorated and very clean. Had everything you need for a short stay. It's positioned very well to Gartwick airport and easy to find coming off the M23. Would use again.

Parking service/ transfer was very efficient although felt the car park was very dark in the evening, had to park in very dark area near trees with hardly any light. As a solo female business traveller it didn't feel very safe.

I booked two rooms, 1 double and 1 triple over the internet. I had read the reviews and most were very favourable. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, it was literally a stones throw from the airport, and very easy to locate. There was plenty of car parking and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the Car parking attendants. The rooms were quite large with plenty of space to move around and were clean and welcoming, although the carpet in the main reception and the hallways leading up to the rooms could do with a bit of a clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending people to this hotel and I would definately use again.

Everyone was only too pleased to help and advise, re pick up times for transfer, car parking. The interactive facilities on TV were fab, allowing you to set wake up times etc. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean, and our room was very comfortable. Would stay again and also would recommend to familes and friends.

The rooms were of a quality standard and having the transfer coach every 30 mins was a plus compared to some offering 1 hour transfers. The parking facilities were very efficient - when you get back you just want to be on the road asap and it was very slick.

we arrived late and had prompt check in, had clean room with disabled shower so was quite large, was good experience but we were only there for 5 hours, tho was better than sleeping on gatwick floor i can imagine!!

Rooms were clean and we were able to have an adjoining twin room for the children. Restaurant service was poor. One child's meal arrived and the other was forgotten!! Food was ok but pricey. Transfer service was excellent and reception staff were very helpful.
