Transfers to both terminals operate from 06.15 to 23.15 every half-hour. Outside these hours, transfers are available on request.

As I said above it did the job, It would be nice to return to a clean car after having my car parked under a tree for two weeks to find it covered in sap and bird droppings. I am sure people would'nt mind paying to have their car cleaned.

randomly booked on route to America. Absolutely no complaints service food and cleanliness was good.Defintely recommend

Overall a very good deal. Hotel was easy to find and check in proceedure efficient. Room was clean and spacious. We were intending to go out to eat but found the restaurant had a good menu with acceptable prices.

This hotel is very convenient, being literally 5 minutes from the airport. We took a taxi as there were 4 of us and the hotel advised us that this would be cheaper than using their transfer bus. The hotel was clean, the rooms had temperature control which worked (the windows didn't open and the heating was on) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in ther bar which had a limited range of food which was very good if a lottle expensive (10 for a burger).

Brilliant start to our holiday. Extremely polite & helpful staff. Room was spotless. Car parking easy. Transfer bus reliable ( would have been better if it was cheaper or even free as some other hotels offer). Overall though I have no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Having booked a night for Wed 1st Dec at 74, the snow came in and Gatwick was closed. Returned to hotel to book for another night in the hope of getting away the next day, only to find that the same room had now risen to 200 for the night. This to mind is an absolute disgrace and an insult to people in distress.It is profiteering in the highest form and you choose to support this then rest assured that I shall tell everyone I know, never to use your company ot the hotel in the future

Good size room and facilities in the room and parking on the hotel grounds was good. Found the reception lacking in friendliness although efficient. No one to help with bags coming into reception so ended up getting a trolley and taking the bags upstairs on the trolley. Founds the reception very crowded and difficult to get past guests as everyone gathered just inside the door entering and leaving the hotel. Overall the hotel met our needs for a one night stay. Thank You.
