Checked in at 10pm and left at 6am so only really used the hotel as a place to sleep.

Unfortunatley the bar had sold out of beer and a lot of wines. The food was not very good so we went across the road to the garage and bought sandwiches and a couple of bottles of wine, sat in bed (which was very comfortable) ate, drank, and watched tv. not the usual start to a holiday for us.

The ease of parking was very good and the bus was on time. It was our wedding anniversary on the evening of our stay so we treated ourselves to dinner and wine in the resturant The quality of food was excellent and the waiting staff very friendly. We would definately use this hotel again.

Everything about it was good, although we did get upgraded to an executive suite(obviously they had ran out of the normal rooms) the hotel was so nice we thought maybe we should just spend our weeks holiday there instead.

When I arrived at check in there were 2 ladies working on reception. 1 on phone - other checking someone else in. When lady on phone finished call she began to check me in, but took 2 further calls during my check in and eventually the other lady completed my check in. In all it took almost 20 minutes. I think that the customer being served should be fully dealt with prior to taking any new phone calls. I think this is what let the overall view of the hotel down.

the new rooms in the hotel were excellent although they were too hot so we moved. we waited 1.5 hours for the coach to pick us up from the airport which was bad. the driver said he had been around, but hadn;t. the hotel were not aware there was an issue as they thought the bus was going to the stop at gatwick, when it wasn;t. good value tho.

Basic but clean hotel which is very close the airport. Offers a transfer to the airport every half an hour which takes 20 mins max. The only problem was that when we returned to take our car from the extended parking, we found it had been blocked in. We had to wait fifteen minutes for the car park manager to come to meet us. The really frustrating thing was that it turned out to be his car which had blocked us in! No apology from him. Thought it was a bit of joke. Apart from that though (bad luck perhaps?) the hotel was nice, comfortable and value for money.

The room we was given was of excellant standard, We had a great meal in the bar, and retired to await our early morning call which was to the minute. The coach departed to time to the airport and the driver was very informative. on return the coach arrived and departed to time, On return to the hotel my car was waiting and my keys were not handed over until I gave my security number.I will use this hotel and carparking service again. Well done to all. Graham Wiley

There was nobody on the front desk for a good 10 minutes when I returned to pick up my car keys. I had to go looking for someone.

Being the first time using your hotel I was impressed by the standard of the rooms and the food. The distance from the airport and the shuttle service available was fine.My only negative comment would be the time it took to get my car key from reception (35 minutes) due to the number of people booking in and only one person at the desk. But apart from that it was fine.I would certainly stay with you again and reccomend you to anyone requiring accomadation close to the airport

Our stay started off badly when we were given a room opposite another room which was being renovated - dust everywhere, constant saw and drill noise. We complained and were moved to another room in the hotel. The reception staff were friendly, although they didn't seem to know what was going on in other parts of the hotel. The entrance to the hotel doesn't fit in with the interior, which has been modernised and looks up-to-date and contemporary. One other issue we experienced was although we had drinks at the bar and paid for them the evening before, they still appeared on our bill when we checked out. We didn't have a recipet so we had to pay for them twice. Bar the above, the hotel was good value for money.

For a budget hotel it was clean and very comfortable. The triple room was ideally set up for myself and my 2 teenagers. Its location was ideal for the airport and although the bus transfers were a bit expensive, they were much cheaper than a taxi. I was very pleased with my choice.

I arrived at 4 am with 2 small children after our flight was delayed. Nothing was too much trouble for the gentleman on reception. He even went to the kitchen to fill the toddler's bottle with milk.
