  • Transfers to both terminals cost £5.00 per room each way, operate 24 hours a day and take approximately 5-10 minutes.

Summer Special Parking package:

  • Transfers: Transfers operate between the car park and the North Terminal 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes. If you are flying from the South Terminal you should take the free 24 hour monorail service from the North Terminal, which runs every 3 minutes and takes around 2 minutes. You should allow around 30 minutes to drive to the car park and transfer from there to the airport. On occasion there is a service to and from the South Terminal. Please check this with the car park operator on arrival. If the service to the South Terminal is unavailable please use the free 24 hour monorail service.
  • Returns: Returning home, transfers to and from the North terminal operate every 20 minutes 24 hours a day to return you to the car park. On occasion there is a service to and from the South Terminal. Please check this with the car park operator on arrival. If the service to the South Terminal is unavailable please use the free 24-hour monorail service.
    Your car will be brought back to the returns area close to the reception building ready for collection on your return.

The hotel smelt awful, the room was dirty, no toilet roll holder and no toilet roll, staff not interested, nightmare drive to airport by someone who clearly did not want to do it, and if that wasnt enough!!!! flea bites from the bed Ugh, take this place off your books !

Ok if you are on a very tight budget and a good sleeper. The room was very shabby. The transfer driver took us LGW, dropped others at the south terminal and was halfway back to the hotel before he remembered we wanted the north terminal, and i was sitting next to him! For much less than double the room cost we could have had a modern warm and well maintained hotel hotel. The Asian owners could do a lot to improve decoration for very little cost.

I had booked a single room. but during a sleepless night I found we were 14 in the bed. The other 13 occupants I squashed and killed at irregular intervals: they were bed-bugs. On the way to the WHITE HOUSE at the airport a previous client had strongly hinted at what to expect, but I deduced that he may have had racist leanings and I went ahead. I cannot recommend this establishment.

I booked 'room only' for one night It was a nice room, there was no pressure to use other services e.g. breakfast and the transfer sevice was both free and efficient. I thank them for their service. Leslie

This hotel is tired and in need of a refurbishment, no lift to the upper floor, tiny rooms ans showers could barely get through the door. We booked this thinking it was 3 star, if it is I need to revisit the star programme as I do not believe it was. Would I stay again? NO

Had to ask for a different room, original rooms en-suite light could not be switched off so fan also running all time which would have been a real problem all night. Was offered an alternative room (1 single & 1 bunk bed) overlooking carpark so not a very peaceful night.

As above. Staff would not even look at the damaged ceiling. No refund offered. No thought given to compensation. We had little time before our flight so we left our address. We have heard nothing from the hotel. We thought the hotel very poor. Very poor breakfast. Could not possibly recommend it. Question its 3 star status. It started our holiday badly.

From the price, we were expecting this to be similar to a travelinn. However, it did not live up to the standards of the chain lodges in terms of the general condition of the room and its facilities. The shower was particularly unaapealing appearing very grimy and discoloured at the bottom of the doors and having a very high unadjustable shower head. This made it impossible to shower without getting your hair very wet.

Overall, for value for money and the fact that we only wanted somewhere to stay so that we did not have to get up too early for our flight, I found this hotel good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful the food reasonably priced and tasty and the shuttle service arrived when they said it would. I would stay here again.
