This hotel is not good. The car parking is absolutely rubbish. We were blocked in the car park by a coach in the morning, no driver to be found. Hotel management were useless in resolving this issue.

Our bed was desperately uncomfortable, we could hear people in neighbouring rooms coming and going and banging doors. Parking it terrible and almost impossible. Very old hotel in need of some modernisation.

The double bed we had was like sleeping on a cheese grater, and there were no lifts hence lugging suitcases up the stairs not really acceptable in this day and age of health and safety.

A lovely spanish style building with an elaborate staircase. The gas fire in the spacious lobby was little more than a focal point and did not give out much heat and when the door into the hotel opened the lobby was cold and also there were not enough seats/tables for everyone there. We were looking forward to the buffet dinner but unfortunately they only had one meat on the menue and that was gammon - not suitable for everyone. We could have alternatives if we ate in the bar which we did. The food came quickly and was good value for money and the staff were efficiet too. The room was VERY well heated which was a definate plus. The airport transfer service was also a very smooth transaction. We will definately use this hotel again.

Cheap service food and bar expensive hotel transfers efficient but the time table is subject to traffic and it can be 15 -20 mins out. As long as you leave good time its fine. Car parking is in the hotel grounds its chaotic and does not appear secure but I had no problems

the 1st night stay when we arrived the lifts were not working which ment that we had to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs, and of course in the morning back down them. the room was fine and big enough for 4 of us bathroom needed abit of new paint it was tired. then when we returned from our holiday we had to lug the luggage back up the stairs, when we got to our room it was so small for a quad room not enough room for 5 suitcases and us!, when we went down to reception to get some juice there was no staff around and the bar was closed!.

I like the Europa Hotel. I think you offer a fantastic convenient service and I use your regularly. But on the nght of the 28th January my partner and I stayed in room 2165 I think or close and the bed was the worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. It's was broken, the mattress has had it completely. No support. It's totally worn out. It should have been skipped ages ago. We had to sleep right on the edge either side. Awful. Couldn't wait to get up. Check out my booking and see for yourself. Having said that I then moved to room 3105 which was spot on. Will be booking two more nights in early May shortly. cheers Chris Baird.
