I like the Europa Hotel. I think you offer a fantastic convenient service and I use your regularly. But on the nght of the 28th January my partner and I stayed in room 2165 I think or close and the bed was the worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. It's was broken, the mattress has had it completely. No support. It's totally worn out. It should have been skipped ages ago. We had to sleep right on the edge either side. Awful. Couldn't wait to get up. Check out my booking and see for yourself. Having said that I then moved to room 3105 which was spot on. Will be booking two more nights in early May shortly. cheers Chris Baird.
Very good experience. Very clean. Excellent facilities and value for money.
on arriving we felt at home, nice room very comfortable, food was excellent, first time using a airport hotel, very impressed and will use again, already recomended to others.very affordable.
We would certainly recommend the Europa to our friends, and would certainly stay again when flying from Gatwick. Especially now that we know how to find them quickly!
only stayed one night on way to usa, hotel met but did not exceed my expectations
easy to find the transfer bus back to hotel from gatwick, all round good service
Cavery was great. Nice location. Very helpful friendly staff. We have stayed a few times and will be staying again in September.
on our arrivel to Gatwick from a 11hours flight we were told after using the phone at Gatwick for the europer to collect us,so we could collect our car from the Europer hotel , that we would have to wait approx 1-15 min's consequently we shared a taxi which cost us £16 my husband has said he will not be using the Europer in the future
Parking is not allocated, pot luck where you get parked, no secure area, when hotel full, very difficult to find parking. Return transfers not very frequent, would have had to wait for one hour so decided to get a taxi at a cost of 15.50, would stay again but would cost in the taxi fare when compareing prices.
it was really great for the money i paid. thank you very much. i will be using the services when opportuned to travel again
The hotel was just what we needed somewhere to put our heads down for the night. Although it isnt that close to the airport, it wasnt hard to find. The Transferes to and from the airport were great!! Thanks
Overall vey enjojable i would recommend hotel . A half hour transfer service would only thing that i would need to recommend. Many thanks for nice start to holiday. chris davidson
Arrived too late to do anything other than sleep but we were very pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Transfer to the airport and back good and free which was a bonus.
We found the service perfect. The hotel was nice, we checked in, had a few drinks in the bar and then supper in the bar. It was great that we were only 15 mins from the airport for our early morning flight. Pick up was great on the way back and I was soon on my way back home.
The staff were fine, I was not expecting a palace, but the room was not the cleanest or the most welcoming. The food at the buffet was good, but expensive, and the public areas (bars, corridors) were dirty in some area. However it did the job and very good prompt transport got us to the airport in time. I've read quite a few reviews about this hotel and think many of them are unfair. My room was clean and comfortable - and I thought reasonable for £79 for one night and 8 days car parking. It was easy to find on jct 10A of M23. Checking in was quick and easy. Finding a parking space was no problem. Airport transfer was on time - only 10 mins away from South Terminal. I didn't have the breakfast in the hotel as I had an early flight but ate in the bar in the night and the food was fine- plenty of it! Overall all I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for somewhere just to stay for the night, its not 5 star but then you aren't paying 5 star prices!!!
We would use it again, but it could do with a sign off the motorway junction as we turned the wrong way. Signs in the car park would be a big help too.
we found the service, location, cleanliness very acceptable. the transfers were very efficient and the drivers on the whole very willing to help load luggage onto coach for us.
Waiting at the Pick Up waiting area at Gatwick Airport is a most dismal experience - narrow area, cold and a scrum of people. The fact that you do not know where the Hotel Coach will pull in and that you are encumbered with heavy baggage adds to the poor experience. The free for all is a nightmare for those in anyway frail.
I was very disapointed with the hotel - There was nowhere to park my car - had to leave it on the grass - When I got to my room there was no heating, and no hot water. - i reported this to reception who said they would pass it on to the manager.no response. - when I went to the restaurant I was told that I could not book to the room due to the fact that I had the 'wrong colour stamp' on my card?? - I had to go to reception to get the stamp changed! - I booked out early the next morning to get to the airport, when I got to reception I could not get a VAT reciept, I was told just to throw my key in box. When I questioned the guy on reception about my complaints the previous night he said that nothing had been put on file. - all in all not somewhere I would stay again
