Staying at the Hilton is a very civilised and relaxing way to start any holiday. The fact it is just a few minutes walk to departures, under cover, is the icing on the cake. We have usually stayed at a hotel further out having to use taxis to get to the airport, we definitely won't be doing that again that's for sure. Thoroughly recommended.

We enjoyed the comfort and the meals before flying on and returning before we have the laborious journey back to Cornwall. We consider our stay as part of our holiday and look forward to staying the night as a relaxant after travelling up from Cornwall which we find extremely tiring as we are 70 years old. We look forward to our stay in November before flying to Spain.

Brilliant position to get to Gatwick for an early flight, but just not worth the price. Outrageous to charge 15 pounds for wi-fi on top of expensive room rate. A piece of chewed gum stuck to the spare loo roll proved that the room had not been properly cleaned, and the holes in the sheets were not expected in a 4/5 star hotel. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. All in all, a disappointment and not as good as we are used to at other airport hotels, at much cheaper prices. We will definitely not stay here again, or recommend it to anyone else.

Room and bathroom was all nice and clean and neat. Proper bed for our child which was great instead of the often used sofa beds. Staff efficient and polite. Would use again.
