The hotel was beautiful, the pool was fabulous for the children, and the service was excellent. The spa treatments were good value for money in luxurious surroundings.

Miss Taylor

You could hear people coming and going all through the night, therefore we did not get any sleep. The shower produced no hot water, but there was in the sink. The rooms look 'tired' now, but I suppose we expected this because of the price we were paying.

Mr Statton

It was a really good experience; easy check in and out, and they organised a cab for us but we could have used the shuttle. This combined with the twilight check in at the aiport removed a lot of stress. The rooms we had were recently refurbished and very nice. We will use them again.

Approximately nine miles from Junction 6, the hotel is situated on the left hand side of the A22 at Felbridge.

From the M23:

Exit the M23 at Junction 10, following the signs for East Grinstead on the A264.
Pass over two roundabouts and stay on this road until you reach the 'T' junction at the Felbridge traffic lights (the Star Inn will be on your left hand side).
Turn right at the traffic lights onto the A22.
The hotel is 50 yards down the road on the left hand side.
