Despite having lived in the area for many years, we found the hotel difficult to find, most of the problem was due to the fact that it still had the previous owners signs all around. Staff were very pleasant, patient and helpful.

The hotel room was fine, a bit substandard for a Marriott I thought. There was no place to park when we arrived, which was the point of our stay. The hotel staff parked our car after we left.

When we picked the car up, it was filthy due to buiding works nearby. There had obviously been no attempt made to protect the car during the work.

Cheap rate, only £85 for one night accommodation and 8 days parking.

Will use again when I use Heathrow for holidays. When I use Heathrow on business I fly from my home airport.

It was very nice staying at the Courtyard Marriott, plus most of all convenient as our flight the next day was early. The taxi booked for us was on time and reception staff were very helpful.
