Room was small but clean and more than adequate as a stopover before a holiday. Great price for room and parking. Transfers to and from hotel were very easy and frequent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Catching early flight. On arrival staff checked in efficiently and advised on resturant deals. Room fine - good value for money. Resturant - food good quality. Early check out - not a problem; staff helpful on transfer to terminal.

The room was comfortable and clean, not noisy, and checking in and out was easy. We were offered 'Priority Club' membership, e which we have taken up as we shall more than likely use Holiday Inn again when we take our next holiday. Parking was not a problem and because the car was 'on-site', picking up the car at the end of our holiday was convenient. We did not use the dining room this time (we have in the past) either for evening meal or breakfast so cannot comment on this aspect.

For use as a one night stop close to Heathrow, in a road with lots of other hotels as neighbours, after using some of others before this is the one that I shall use in the future. Didn't eat or use the parking so I'm not able to comment any further, but really good value for money.

Easy access from Heathrow central via free public transport.Rooms clean tidy and organised (electricity outlets close to desk and mirror for working and grooming) Very friendly check in staff. Was conecting to an early morning flight so did not get to use the facilities but it more than met my requiements.
