Hotel facilities were excellent and room was very clean. Breafast included would have been a bonus but even though we had to pay, it was very good. Recommended.
As we were only staying overnight before a long flight we didn't experience too many of the hotel's facilities, but the staff were extremely courteous, the cleanliness of the hotel second to none, and our room, booked at a bargain price, was absolutely excellent. The only restaurant open was pretty much just what we needed that particular evening. Thankyou for making our stay such a pleasant and successful one.
With a tradition to keep up the Marriott Hotel certainly lived up to expectations. I would most certainly use them again. Nothing too much trouble and early departure a dodle. Pick up car on return with no problems at all. Well done the Marriott
right from the start from arriving to leaving we had first class service. we found no faults with the room or srevice given.
I'd stay here again but would try to find somewhere else to get an evening meal. The food was hugely overpriced (£15 for a main) and similar standard to motorway services.
Excellent hotel. We were away for 15 nights and using this hotel and in effect starting the holiday a day earlier was cheaper than using one of the car park services! The food was a little expensive in the hotel but nothing you wouldn't expect.
As a group of 4 people we were able to get a taxi van to take us directly to Terminal 4 for virtually the same price as using the Heathrow Express and coach from the hotel. The concierge staff were very good in organising the taxis to & from the airport.
The directions to the Marriot from you wre spot on. The staff were excellent the room very very clean the beds were so comfy and nice to have clean white sheets. Plenty of towells in the bathroom. The meal we had in the restaurant was lovely and the wine also. and not too expensive! All in all a very happy start to our trip. We were well fed made to feel very comfortable and rested. We would certainly stay only at the Marriot in future.
The Marriot is a superb 4 star hotel you have to use your common sense in the restaraunt (what 4 star hotels do you know that have cheap food) Staff are friendly and helpful, it is very handy for parking express. Just a shame we had the children with us!
When we arrived at the Marriot, Heathrow, on a cold, frosty friday evening we were greeted at the hotel by the unforgetable words. "No Mr Clent, we have no room under that name" eventually & after a large amount of embarrasment on our behalf, as the queue behind us grew ever larger, Marriot Hotels finally found us a room to put us in & it only took forty minutes. Thanks for starting our holiday in the best possible way after the horrible long drive down on the Friday night motorway traffic. Merry Christmas.
The hotel was like an oasis of calm amongst the noise of Heathrow. It was useful to have a coffee bar for waking up early and returning after a night flight. The transfer bus only goes to terminals 1, 2 and 3. You need to get a taxi to terminal 4 which is about £15 each way. The parking is secure and right on the doorstep of the hotel.
the hotel was of a high standard with friendly staff but was not best suited for terminal 4 as shuttle bus went to terminal 2. Restaurant looked good but food quality was poor and overpriced
Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms, easy parking. Hotel had a nice atmosphere, staff were attentive and polite. Would definitely use again.
This deal represented great value for money! It couldn't have been easier. The whole hotel was spotless and very modern. Our room was 100%, in fact it couldn't have been better. The parking arrangements were also just perfect. We parked in the hotel car park, there was no un-necessary fiddling about, it was so easy. We'll be doing the same again!
I was hugely impressed with the hotel, the friendly staff, the excellent breakfast and the close proximity to the airport. It was a great way to start our holiday, and brilliant value for money. I live close to another airport, and I have paid more to travel to and fro by taxi to it, than the entire cost of my stay and car parking at the Marriott. Very impressed. Thank you.
What a relaxing beginning to a fab holiday! Peace of mind about getting to airport on time the next day, and a spot of luxury for a nice pamper just for a night! Pity breakfast was so expensive...we took our own.
We enjoyed the hotel. It was modern, comfortable and very relaxing and certainly quiet despite the airport activity. The taxi was luxurious and prompt. Fast transfer meant we could remain longer at the hotel, before airport check in.
It was a great start to the holiday, excellent value for money, hotel was first class, transfer on hotel hoppa bus was very efficient also.
The hotel was only recently refurbished and our room had been done a month ago. We were expecting a double bed and a sofa bed and instead found 2 double beds, plenty of room, beds were fabulous. Best night's sleep! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.
The parking arrangements couldn't have been simpler, which was particularly welcome after a long flight. 10/10!
