It's a big hotel so finding your room is a bit like walking through a maze, but it's normally signposted. The place is getting a little long in the tooth, but generallly a good experience and I would consider staying there again. Food and drink a bit expensive, but not overly.

Very friendly staff, the rooms were lovely and the view of the airport was great, we will be booking to stay for a longer time as soon as we can get time off!

Only problem we had was that it was one of the coldest nights of the year when we stayed the night. We left the heater on when we went for Dinner, but on our return realised that it was blowing out cold air. The room was freezing and the heating was not working, so we ended up sleeping in our trousers and jumper that night. Such a shame as the room was perfect apart from that. We would stay again.

Very happy with whole experience, only criticism, had just missed the hotel bus on return, and then was the last drop off which meant it took a lot longer to get to the hotel than I would have liked (a small criticism!)

Only spent a short time in the room since had an early morning flight, but the facilities and the general cleanliness was very good. Very easy to book taxi to airport in the morning, and parking very simple. Excellent value for overnight accomodation and 2 weeks parking. Would definitely use again.

Needed to wait for a parking place, there were cars parked on the grass and in other places that could justifiably be made in to parking spaces. Hotel was a good three star as good as I've experienced anywhere world wide

we thought the hotel was beautiful but unfortunately because the restaurant and bar was so expensive we had to go out to eat and drink, which was a shame because all we wanted to do was chill and crash before our long flight the next day

We enjoyed a good, large, clean, comfortable room. Quiet, considering its proximity to the airport, with an excellent breakfast buffet. We would certainly stay there again.

We did have a little trouble finding the hotel and the one way system is a liitle confusing, it was raining very hard. also other drivers dont look kindly on drivers who are unsure of the way. But it was well worth it in the end.

Very easy to find the hotel and loved the fact that I didn't have to leave my car keys while I was away. Very clean and comfortable, took a while to find the room as the corridors were some of the longest that I've ever seen, but nevertheless I would certainly consider using this hotel in the future.

Hotel and rooms were good, comfortable and clean. The restaurant however was poor, first we were told we would have to wait 5 minutes for a table and then we were forgotton about and ended up waiting 30 minutes. Ordered a bottle of wine which took ages to come, we had already eaten our starter and were about to get our main before it arrived (only then after I reminded the waitress!) Food was average not worth the £25 for the buffet option. Would recommend the hotel but eat elsewhere.

I booked the hotel for a one night stay, having flown in from Madrid and transferring to Jersey the following morning. I was travelling with a male friend and we had booked at least 5 months in advance for a non smoking twin room. When we arrived, we were given a non smoking double, with no option to change, which was very inappropriate. If you could not accommodate the request, you should have refused the booking and the rooms should be given on a first booked basis. In addition to this, we waited 40 minutes for the Terminal 1 bus transfer and nearly missed our flight to Jersey as the bus driver couldn't get everyone on it after such a long wait. Then he went to Terminal 3 first. Overall, a stressful experience after such a great holiday. I will not be using the hotel again. Jenny Summers

Enjoyed the stay and the parking made for a good trip, better value than paying for parking alone at heathrow, the food and drinks were very expensive

Hopper bus to the airport was running approx 8 minutes ahead of schedule, okay for us as we were waiting early, but maybe not so good for anyone just on time.

very helpful and courteous staff, we had excellent accommodation - did not take meals in hotel this time. The consierge was most helpful in sending a runner to find walking stick I had left in the room - this was returned to me just in time to get the hopper bus to T5. The car parking arrangement works very well - easy to use and to retrieve vehicle on return.

Please see my e-mail of 13 June 2008 and your reply of 16 June, which explains our unhappiness at the booking cancellation we experienced. As a result of this we incurred significant additional cost (£77.70)both for the room and for parking on the assumption that we will be refunded our charge to you of £91.80). Further the early airport transfer did not arrive at all and we had to wait until the next one 1/4 hour later and, on return, we had to wait for almost 1/2 hour on the Saturday evening due to the infrequent service at around 9.00pm

We had used the hotel in February 08 before the alterations to lobby & restaurant so found the temporary dining area a little spartan but still good food & service. We would use it again.
