Transfers to Heathrow Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5 operate via the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa bus service between 05.27 and 23.15, every 15 minutes, taking approximately 15 minutes. Additional charge applies; normally £5.00 per person, each way.

For travel to Terminal 4, take the Hotel Hoppa to Terminals 1-3 or 5 and use the free-of-charge Heathrow Express train, which runs between 05.00-23.45 every 15 minutes, taking around 7 minutes.

Very impressed with the hotel. Room was well appointed with very comfortable bedding. Staff were friendly & very welcoming & just a five minute taxi ride to the airport. A very convenient stopover for a connecting flight the next day!

good check in. parked for 15 nights very good deal. rooms clean and a reasonable size.only negative was every couple of mins there was plumbing noise.bit expensive bar and food, but expect that for london and so close to airport.very close to runways, but didnt hear any noise.would defo use again.taxi £9-50 to term 3.

We were staying overnight before flying early next morning and the room was very comfortable &clean. As it was only overnight we didn't use the restaurant so can't advise on that. There is a pub just around the corner which we used,has a good bar and inexpensive food at reasonable prices. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were very pleased with the rooms and condition of the Rennaisance Hotel. The staff were extremely curteous and efficient. The dining facilities were up to the standard expected with good staff serving an excellent choice at reasonable prices. The shuttle service couldn't have been better which took us from the hotel door to departures at Terminal 3 at Heathrow. A very good hotel which surpasses some of the others we have experienced when travelling from Heathrow. Thank you.

The only problem we had with the hotel transfer was that we were not told that all parts of the transfer ticket had to be kept for our return. We handed over one part of the ticket thinking that it would get us to the airport, which it did. A hole was punched through the ticket which we thought proved that we had used it and therefore it could not be used again. The second part of the ticket we tried to use for our return to the hotel for our car pick up but we were only then told both tickets were needed. We still had the receipt for £14 return, so the driver allowed us to travel back for our car but he said he could have refused.
