  • On-Site Parking package:

    • Transfers to Terminals 1-3 operate via the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa bus service from 05.22 to 23.16 every 10-15 minutes. For travel to and from Terminal 4, take the Hotel Hoppa to and from Terminals 1-3 and use the Heathrow Express train, which runs from approximately 05.00 to 23.45. Transfers to and from Terminal 5 are provided by the Heathrow Hoppa between 04.32 and 23.04.
    Hoppa tickets are sold at the terminals and at the hotel for £5.00 per person one way, £8 per person return, and 50p per child each way. Prices and schedule subject to change.

  • Long Stay Car Park Terminals 1-3 option:

    • The car park provides transfers free of charge to terminals 1-3. If you are departing from Terminal 4 or 5, take the transfer to Terminal 1, 2 or 3 and catch the Heathrow Express (free of charge) to your departure terminal.

On arrival there were no pleasantries from the hotel staff, no welcome, no noises of hope you have a pleasant stay etc. Just handed the door cards for entrance to the rooms. The same on signing out the following morning. Parking was excellent, we chose our parking space and that is exactly where the car remained, no one took the car keys from us, so there were no concerns as to anyone driving the car in our absence. The hotel hopper, run by National Express on the way to the airport was excellent, only needed to wait a couple of minutes for the bus and the driver was very helpful. Quite the opposite on return from the airport. Waited for over half an hour, the driver didn't stop at the designated stop and no sign of the driver giving any form of assistance.

We had booked an overnight stay with a week's parking for our car before flying the next morning. On arrival, the staff were very helpful, especially considering it was very late at night. However, the room had obviously just been occupied as there was a previous visitor's unfinished cup of tea on the side, and the bins had not been emptied. The bathroom had also clearly been used. Fresh sheets had been placed on the bed, but it seemed to be minimal effort had been used. The parking was good, with the attendant very helpful. Overall, the experience meant that we had a poor night's rest before our holiday, and I would not recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

Good customer service on reception and porters, good clean rooms, lots of space. Moved my car to park under a tree which I was not best pleased about but overall very good. Will certainly stay again.

We had stayed in the Sheraton Heathrow just the week before and found that the attention to detail a lot better in the Sheraton. I missed not having hand/body lotion in the bathroom. When you travel, it is such a bore taking cosmetics with you because of security that you expect hotels such as the Holiday Inn to take that into consideration and provide basics like hand/body lotion, envelopes, scrubbing brush, clothes brush, and FACE CLOTHS! We stayed in a smoking room, but in comparison with other smoking rooms, the ventilation was terrible, and even after 8 hours of not smoking in the room, the room was still hazy! Surely its not too much to ask to install a good extractor?

Good stay but was not happy with the food. However the manager was efficient and did not carge me for the main course which was inedible due to the very hot spicing. Overall it was good value because of the parking facility.

Hotel with very good facilities especially the parking for customers going abroad from Heathrow. Wide range of different dining options was also very good.

Rate from GoSinply was great, but the first room was terrible, the arm on the sofa was ripped and grubby, the bed throw had dirt on it, the tv table had nails sticking out of it and there was a hair in the sink. I called reception to complain they said they would move me straight away and would call me back, 25 minutes latter I had to call them back to see what was happening, they then sent a lady up with the key to another room which was in a lot better condition, the bed was comfy and the rest of my stay was pleasant, food in bar was good but drinks very over-priced, have stayed there several times before and always been great on previous visits.

This is a modern clean hotel,and although was full up with people there seemed enough staff in the hotel to cope! They even put on an extra buffet in the Irish bar which was a marvellously tasty affair. I would certainly use this hotel again and recommend it to everyone I know.

Parked my car with ease at the hotel and left it there for three days. Very convenient location - you can't get any closer! Transfer was reliable and picking up the car on my return was quick and simple.
