Transfers to Heathrow Airport
- On-Site Parking package: Transfers to Terminals 1-3 operate via the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa bus service from 05.22 to 23.16 every 10-15 minutes. For travel to and from Terminal 4, take the Hotel Hoppa to and from Terminals 1-3 and use the Heathrow Express train, which runs from approximately 05.00 to 23.45. Transfers to and from Terminal 5 are provided by the Heathrow Hoppa between 04.32 and 23.04.
- Long Stay Car Park Terminals 1-3 option: The car park provides transfers free of charge to terminals 1-3. If you are departing from Terminal 4 or 5, take the transfer to Terminal 1, 2 or 3 and catch the Heathrow Express (free of charge) to your departure terminal.
Hoppa tickets are sold at the terminals and at the hotel for £5.00 per person one way, £8 per person return, and 50p per child each way. Prices and schedule subject to change.
Parking Arrangements
Parking packages available include on-site parking at the hotel, at a nearby secure compound (at the hotel's discretion), or off-site at Long Stay Car Park Terminals 1-3. Parking charges are covered for the duration of your stay as indicated at the time of booking.

Directions to Holiday Inn M4
- Exit the M4 at Junction 4, taking the left-hand filter lane (i.e. turning away from the hotel).
- Keeping to the left at the large junction, turn towards Sipson (A408), then left onto Holloway Lane.
- Continue on, driving underneath the motorway.
- Turn left at the next roundabout onto Sipson Road.
- The hotel entrance is immediately on the left.

Hotel was clean and organised would def go back but would give the food a miss. The restaurant was shut due to a conference so we ate in the pub. The food was dreadful and to add insult to injury it was expensive for what it was. Next time we would eat before going to the hotel

Hotel location and standard of the rooms were excellent. Hoppa transfer service was efficient and easy to use. Parking was problem free and the staff friendly and helpful. The bar food was expensive for the below average meal that was provided.

My main reason for staying was to leave my car for 10 days. On my return I was told the wrong car park and then when I did find my car (fortunately I had seen it when coming in to the car park) it was filthy. It looked as though it had been parked under a birds nest. Whilst I know that I onyl paid for parking it might be worth offering a cleaning service for pick up so that cars are in good condition. I had to actually clean my windescreen before I could drive away it was that bad.

The hotel was OK (bland!) but finding it was hell. It took me 2 1/2 hours and innumerable wrong turnings before I finally got there. Particularly frustrating considering I could see it but not get to it past that terrifying tangle of roads. I shall choose something easier to get to next time I stay near Heathrow.

The check in process was slow. As well when I wanted to use the internet to look for details of a London show and to check in for my flight I was told they were out of vouchers for the internet so I could not buy any time. They offered no alternative. To me, it is particularly important that a hotel at an airport location have the internet available for travellers. When I mentioned this the following morning to the manager (he was not available the night before), he apologized and had the concierge do my flight check in on her computer. This should have been offered to me the night before.

The hotel could not be faulted for anything, other than the cost of extras. If you are going to eat in an on site restaurant, or have a drink in the bar, be ready to pay a heavy price. Our experience was half a lager cost £4, glass of wine - £6, Chinese meal - £29 per head. Be warned. Also, overnight parking will cost you £10.

The fire alarm was raised on the night we stayed - there was no explanation or apology given by the hotel staff for a disturbed night. When I left the following morning I paid a £10 parking charge only to find that the car park barriers were fully open -presumably because of the fire alarm and that I could have left without paying the charge as no doubt others did.

The staff helped us when we first arrived and even though our stay was extremely short we felt well looked after, they even arranged for a taxi to pick us up the next morning for the airport. For the price that we paid we recieved an excellent hotel. We chose the unnamed hotel because of the price and were pleasently surprised by the high quality of the hotel provided. Thank you.

it was not obvious where and when to get the transfer bus to the airport although there were many people (mainly air crew) milling about. It was a case of following people and asking. That said, the bus turned up and got me to the airport in time for my flight.

Convenient location with easy transfer to Terminal 3. Hotel not great, though: knickers from previous guest hanging in bathroom, general air of grubbiness. Wouldn't choose to stay here again.
