Transfers to Heathrow Airport
- Terminals 1-3: Transfers are provided by the Heathrow Hoppa bus service and run every 30 minutes between 04.26 and 23.14.
- Terminal 4: Take the Hoppa to terminal 1, 2 or 3, then take the free Heathrow Express shuttle train, which runs every 10-20 minutes between 05.00 and 23.00, to Terminal 4.
- Terminal 5: Transfers are provided by the Heathrow Hoppa every 20 minutes between 04.18 and 23.44.
Hoppa tickets are sold at the terminals and at the hotel for £5.00 per person one-way, £8 per person return, and 50p per child each way. Prices and schedules are subject to change.

From the M4:
- Exit the M4 at Junction 4 (signed Heathrow Terminals 1-3).
- Follow the M4 spur road south towards Heathrow Airport.
- At the end of the motorway spur road, take the first slip road exit onto the A4 (Bath Road).
- Continue on the A4 for 2 miles and the hotel is located on the left-hand side. From the M25:
- Exit the M25 at Junction 15 and follow signs for London, M4 and Heathrow Terminals 1-3.
- Follow directions as 'From the M4' above.
