Standard Room facilities include a private bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, TV and phone. Rooms also have a radio, hairdryer, satellite TV channels and in-house movies (chargeable). Non-smoking rooms are available. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Interconnecting rooms are available on request. Cots are available, except in triple rooms.

Transfers to Heathrow Airport
The hotel is connected to Terminal 4 by a covered walkway. For Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5, take the Heathrow Express train from Terminal 4, which runs every 15 minutes and takes around 7 minutes.
Parking Arrangements
Parking package includes parking at the NCP Car Park, a secured car park located within the grounds of the Hilton hotel.
Guests may be asked to drive their car to a secured long-term car park at the airport during peak periods.

A bit more of a walk from terminal 4 than we expexted, but not too far. Very smooth operation, check in easy, nice room. Very comfortable bed, a good nights sleep. A bit of noise from the doors banging as other people left thier rooms. Nice breakfast, lovely sausages. Not keen on doing my own toast tho' Staff very pleasant and polite. Check out just as easy. All in all A1

Fantastic Hotel but food and drinks are over priced, with no option for diners who do not wish to spend as much money on food. All restaurants within the hotel were too expensive and due to the location of the hotel there were no options but to dine there, as terminal 4 was the only other option. The car park needs total refurbishment; many areas of it were flooded, many wet leaves which were dangerous and should have been sweeped and the Car park needs re surfacing.

Stayed OCT 08. Arrived late at night, check in excellent, room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was free as part of the deal, the choice was very good as well as the quality. Check out was a little slow, only one on receptionist. Location was superb and it took us a five minute walk to get to the terminal. I would recommend this hotel.

Good service at the hotel. The room was a little on the small size, but ok. Good facilities available and extremely convenient for Heathrow airport. Car parking easy to find and conveniently placed for access to the hotel.

After long flight from Hong Kong it was great to walk to hotel instead of taking usual courtesy bus. Breakfast in hotel was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

To be so close to the airport and not have to rush around in the morning was fantastic, parking right outside the hotel. We parked for 9 days not 8 and were only charged an extra £12 instead of the listed daily price of £25. I would do this again. Only downside was £20 for breakfast. Decided to eat in the airport instead.

Reception staff not available when I checked in and had to go and look for someone. Staff were all chatting! Could not understand the young Indian girl who eventually checked me in. As a fellow hotelier I was not impressed at the lack of training that she seemed to have received.
