For a one night stay facilities were adequate and room was clean. Could not fault the food. In particular, the breakfast was excellent value for money.
We arrived and went straight to our room. We ate elsewhere on this occasion howewver, we have eaten in the restaurant and were very happy with the service and the food. Our check out and transfer to the airport was without any problems. We will not hesitate to stay with you when we fly out next year.
Stayed at this hotel prior to flight next morning. Location good, staff helpful, room clean and comfortable, quiet, transport to airport good. Would definately stay there again.
Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent value for money and quality food products were on the menu.Great location if you are flying from Heathrow. Parking was no problem at all. Would use this hotel again.
We booked into Premier Heathrow in order to be at the airport early the next morning. The first impression was how large the hotel was and how many people there were milling around. Trying to find a parking space was a complete nightmare, people were parking anywhere they could and a huge percent of disabled parking bays were taken by people who were not displaying a blue badge, this should be policed, I have a mobility problem and needed one of these spaces. There were many people waiting in line in reception and many work stations unmanned, however once it was our turn the member of staff dealing with us was friendly, quick and courteous. We had 2 rooms and one of these the key refused to work so we had to go back down to the reception and stand in line once again to get this replaced. We then had to stand in line yet again to get into the dining room and once at the front of the line was told that we had to book. On a more positive note when we did get in to eat the dining room staff were very good and appeared to be working hard and the food was enjoyable. Once in my room I must say it was very clean and comfortable especially the bed, I really didn't want to get out of it in the morning. I don't know if this particular hotel being airport based made a difference to how it is run, I think it might. All in all though I would be willing to stay in a Premier again.
We found all the staff to be helpful and friendly. Check in was quick, the room was exactly what was needed and the meal in the restaurant was excellent with great serving staff. One point - the bath would benefit from a grab rail to enable older people (like my mum, who I was travelling with) to feel more confident about getting into the bath for either a bath or shower - other than that - all perfect. Thanks for a great night's accommodation.
Large hotel with plenty of guests so do not try to check in at rush hour. Public areas a little tired but the room was good except the windows are bolted closed so relies on the air conditioning which was a litle noisey. Fine breakfast with good choice and attentive staff. Transfers to the Terminals fine and frequent. Overall represents good value in London.
The Premier Inn car park barrier was faulty meaning great inconvenience at 11pm trying to get into the car park. We had used the Premier Inn Room & Parking service in the past, and wanted to book the same service. However, due to the premier inn website not functional at the time of booking, we thought we had booked a seamless room and parking service, which turned out to be not the case. The Premier Inn car park barrier did not open, and staff were unhelpful in getting us into the car par. There was an excessively long wait in a queue to check in at reception. The staff were abrupt and unhelpful with respect to parking both at the premier inn car park and what we needed to do to move our car ourselves to the long stay carpark in the morning. We will never stay at the Premier Inn again.
Staff at check-in were not very friendly or helpful. There were certainly not enough staff to deal with the number of visitors. The restaurant staff, on the other hand, were excellent.
Excellent value for money, excellent buffet breakfast
The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all approachable and helpful. Good facilities on site.
Good transfer links, close to airport, and clean.
We thought great value for money, conveniently located and the staff were just adorable-everyone spoke- asked how we were getting on and were so helpful. All you can eat breakfast contained everything you could possibly want to eat- hot, fresh and appetising! Our only slight concern was that the room smelt a little damp and unlived in (room 119). Room had a bath as well as the usual shower. Room was spacious. Perhaps additional coffee supplies could be required but then there is a Costa Coffee shop in the foyer. Bar open(I Believe!) till 2.00am. Great bus service right from Hotel to Heathrow (£4 each for a single journey- 1.21 miles -(wish we hadn't taken a taxi there from Heathrow the night before-it cost us £12.80 before adding the tip!)). Go On! book it quick before the world gets to know about it and they put the prices up! Enjoy!
I did not hear any aircraft noise at all and the room had all I needed. I did not appreciate having to apy £8 on top of the room price to park overnight at the hotel. The information given about parking at terminal 4 was out of date. Don't go looking for Express parking - look for signs to Long Term Parking
From the time we arrived, we just knew it was going to be a very relaxed start to our holiday - just what we needed! All the public areas were very clean and our room was very comfortable and quite spacious. Although concerned we might hear noise from the airport, the secondary glazing was very effective and we slept well. We ate a very inexpensive meal but the quality and service were superb. Breakfast was plentiful, the staff friendly and our transfer in the morning was on time and went smoothly. We would not hesitate to use the hotel again and have already recommended it to friends and family.
Convenient for Heathrow, Windsor and surrounding area
Room was very comfortable and dining was in comfortable restaurant.
Your Website was simple and clear. The price, considering the location, was an enjoyable surprise especially with the cost of breakfast included. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The bar, evening meal and breakfast were excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable with all facilities one wanted. I will your website in the future as you offer the best value for money, especially in these difficult times. Thank you for a good start to our holiday.
This hotel represents true value for money. We'd not used one before, so didn't know what to expect, and were absolutely delighted. We had 2 x 4 person rooms and both were comfortable. The breakfast was superb, and although buffet style, we still received excellent service with instant attention for our need for a table for 8. Couldn't recommend Heathrow Premier Inn highly enough. The transfer from the airport is on the "Hopper" and it drops you at the door.
Staff very helpful. Food was of a very good standard for the price paid.
