I would recomend this place. If i'll be flying from Heathrow again probably i'd book room again. Clean, not expensive, nice service.
We stayed overnight and left our car in the car park whilst we flew to Prague for a weekend.
contnd: ervisor. I also phoned hotel & receptionist said would investigate. Bus finally arrived at 6.05. Driver said "nothing to do with me- just come on". A bad end to the journey & miserable since put me very late to start 250 mile drive home. Had similar problem when I stayed at this hotel some years ago & have avoided since. Will do so again now!
I booked under the impression I was using Purple Parking but that service was no longer available so I had to drive to Parking Express on the day of departure.
This was more expensive than we have paid in the past, but to be fair it was the first time we have travelled midweek and they all seem to be more expensive then. The room was ok, but in need of a refurb. It was clean but could have been better (dirty mirrors in bedroom and bathroom.)
The prioce was very reasonable and it was a clean and comfortable place to spend a night before a very early check-in at Heathrow. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would use it again.
we were told at 5.30 pm we did not need to book a table for dinner when we went to reception at 7.00 we were told the dining room was busy and we would have to wait until at least 8.30 for a table. Consequently we then had to drive to another hotel for dinner which was a nuisance
My arrangement was to have the car taken from the hotel and parked at 'purple parking'. When I arrived at the hotel they said they don't take cars to park at 'purple parking' anymore, and that I would have to drive the car myself and park it at 'parking express'. I don't know london at all, so this was a nightmare which spoilt the first night of my holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great to relax in nice room before an early flight! No worries about car parking when you arrive night before. Friendly and helpful staff at Quality Hotel Heathrow. Easy to pick up when returning. Could be more frequent bus transfers before 5am and after 8pm but that did not worry us too much! Great value especially for Heathrow flights! Thanks alot for the deal!
The Quality Hotel made it very easy to make an early morning flight and I would use it again.
We had a comfortable night's stay in a reasonably priced hotel. The staff were helpful and the parking facilities good.
Ideal if you have an early flight and don't want to leave your car in an overpriced airport parking site. Excellent value.
We have always found the staff welcoming and the hotel clean. We have stayed there at least 6 times.
With one exception, excellent, and that's not the hotel's fault. Taxi driver back from airport at 9.00pm demanded £60 fare from Terminal 1. Eventually accepted £30 with bad grace for 10 minute trip. From hotel to terminal 4 cost only £13! Suggest putting name of hotel, tel.no. and shuttle bus company name on back of blue ticket.
We both found the hotel to be very comfortable, clean and friendly. The staff were excellent and very helpful, ready to give assistance at any time. We enjoyed our overnight stay and were secure in the knowledge that our car was safe, dusty, but safe! Just teasing!! Thank the staff for us, a lovely hotel.
The hotel is well run and the staff helped as much as possible. There is a local bus service which stops nearby for connections to Hounslow and Slough. The airport transfer runs about every 15 minutes and quickly arrives at the airport. Purple Parking were good at collection from the airport and it was failrly easy to find the car given the row in which it was parked. Getting out of the parking area itself was quick and easy, but even at 15:30 when I was leaving there were queues of traffic from the parking exit to the main A4 road.
At first I was concerned that the hotel was some miles from Heathrow, but this proved not a problem as the transfer service was very regular. Having a hotel with parking for your own vehicle proves itself over and above arranging transport back and forth from source.
