We found convenient car parking easily and our check in was dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. Our room was comfortable and more than adequate for our brief stay. We ate in the bar and the food was very nicely presented and not too expensive (only downside was sport on the large tv in there). The conceirge booked us a taxi to transfer to the airport in the morning so we didn't need to hang around for the shuttle bus.
Quick bus-shuttle-time from Terminal 5 to the hotel. Our room was quiet and the twin-beds comfortable. The stuff at the reception as well as in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. We had "full English breakfast" included and were more than satisfied with the quality and the variety. Also the dinner - plate with wild-mushroom-risotto - was tasty and the portion good.
I thought the attention to detail was great. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and this is critical to a traveller. I liked the thick black-out curtains, there were plenty of towels in the well-equipped bathroom(although I didn't work out how to adjust the temperature of the bath water until the next morning), the service was excellent and overall a hugely nice place to stay with great value for money.
we arrived late saturday when a wedding was in full swing , however the staff were great in sorting out the room however i had to park at the back which was poorly illuminated and space was tight, cars parked on the grass and everywere. We departed on sunday so i managed to find a slot out the front which was fine. Taxi fare to T3 is only £10 comapared to £8 on the hopper bus so i reccomend a taxi easy and alot faster overall would i stay again Yes
After a long journey it was lovely to relax have something to eat and a good nights rest. The snack we had was tasty and enough to fill a void and still sleep as it was late. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the onward journey.
Thought dining experience limited. Alacarte (expensive) or currynight (unexciting). Could have been more helpful when we phoned from airport, having forgotten coats in wardrobe, went back by taxi but nobody, despite being asked, had thought to get coats from wardrobe - lengthy taxi wait ensued. Know it was own fault but more help woould have been appreciated. Travelling is stressful enough
Nice and close to airport. Good shuttle service. Efficient and clean. just fine
Check in was swift, rooms clean, good selection at breakfast, would use this hotel again
Good value for money,(I booked before the hotel was disclosed)so got a better deal. Close to the airport and the airport bus will carry you free of charge, a saving of £8 for me. Rooms are clean and certainly large enough. Sadly they have changed the lounge area since I last stayed in 2007, which I think is a backward step. Also the breakfast was not as good, although as it was included in the price I should not grumble.
Very relaxing and comfortbale. Warm friendly and superb value and service.
The hotel staff were helpful, the room was clean and well equipped and the breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. All in all it was a bargain at the price and a perfect place to stay overnight before embarking from Heathrow.
Had meal inroom so cannot comment on dining facilities. Check in and check out very efficient
I have stayed at this hotel on route to Australia for the last two years. The rooms were excellent, as were the Full English Breakfasts.
The hotel room was really clean and comfortable. The bed was also really comfortable too. We found the food in the hotel was a little expensive. However we found an excellent pup within easy walking distance that did fabulous food at a reasonable price.
We found the hotel very comfortable if a little excessive on the price of food. The rooms was excellent ,but may we suggest that the sofas and chairs in the foyer be reviewed. They appeared very worn and badly marked. it is a shame to spoil the overall appearance.
After a long flight, I found the hotel staff welcoming and efficient. A very nice room, very quiet and the lovely comfortable bed was all I needed to be able to sleep really soundly when I really thought that I wouldn't be able to sleep at all due to the time difference. I would definitely stay again.
the staff were very good and polite, they couldnt have been more helpful. always smiling and welcoming. the hotel was very convienent for the airport and the rooms were lovely and quiet. wouldnt hesitatate to stay there again or recommended it to others
Excellent hotel but a little pricey but I suppose I should accept hotel prices will be higher.
Really enjoyed my stay at the Heathrow Sheraton hotel; the room was lovely and it had an ironing board and an iron which is a real plus for any traveller. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I would suggest that you find somewhere else to eat as the food was very average and expensive - 50 pounds for 2 courses and half a bottle of wine.
A good location close to airport, room was very nice and staff were polite and helpful. One gripe was the cost of a taxi from and to the airport was a steep £13.50 each way, by far the most expensive 3 or so miles I have ever traveled!
