The hotel has a fitness centre featuring cardiovascular equipment, a sauna and a solarium. Opening times are Monday-Friday 0630 to 2030, Saturday-Sunday 0800 to 1800. PLEASE NOTE: The hotel's Innaction Health and Fitness centre swimming pool will be closed from Monday, 16th May to Monday, 23rd May 2011. The gymnasium and changing facilities will remain open.

transfers to Heathrow Airport

Transfers are via the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa bus service between Terminals 1-3. Additional charge applies; normally £5.00 per person, each way. If travelling from Terminal 4, take the Hotel Hoppa and use the Heathrow Express train, which runs between Terminals 1-3 and Terminal 4.

parking arrangements

Parking package includes on-site parking at the hotel.

Please ensure you supply us with your car registration, as the hotel operates a number plate recognition system, which allows you to enter and exit the car park without the hassle of taking a ticket and getting it validated. If you return earlier than your booked return date, you will need to go to hotel reception, who will allow you to exit the car park.

We booked a family room for 4 which was perfectly adequate for the nights stay. Complimentary shampoo & shower gel were available together with tea and coffee making facilites - most welcome. Only criticism was the Hoppa Bus which turned up very late. Fortunately our party had left ample time to get to Terminal 5 but at the charges they make, the timetable should be kept to. No explanation or apology was offered for the delay. I fully apprecaite this has nothing to do with the hotel but the Hoppa bus is SUPPOSED to be servicing customers of the hotels!

The only negative was the standard of our room. The blind on the window was taped together to hide rips and tears and did not work properly. It was very difficult to close and as this was in place of curtains we needed to use it. The public areas of the hotel were very nice and the carvery meal was excellent. Regarding the transfer, we had to wait for 35 minutes for a bus to arrive and it was very crowded. When we arrived at the next hotel passengers were prevented from boarding because it was full.

Hotel is large but fine. Car parking was convenient. Transfer to Terminal 5 took 30 mins but was well timetabled.

Having booked the Park as a secret deal it was very good value for money. The rooms and facilities were very clean but the whole place could do with redecorating. Staff were very friendly and service good. I would definitely use again on a low priced deal.

So easy to get into Terminal 3 from the hotel, and very simple to check the car out when we left. Excellent in every respect.

The original room was unsatisfactory as it was in a smokers corridor and not properly cleaned or aired and stank of cigarette smoke however on a complaint being made we were told that a mistake had been made and moved to a substantially better and adequate room

Excellent service. Didn't charge us for the additional days car parking (over and above the 25 days allowed). Took taxi to airport (Cheaper and much more convenient that shuttle for the four us). Couldn't fault it. Great value.

We stayed at Park Inn the day after our wedding prior to going on our honeymoon. We had a very comfortable stay, and the £30 upgrade is great value for money. The hotel is clean, tidy and the staff are friendly. Good variety of breakfast choice also availiable. Very pleasant stay.

Nice room, plenty of parking (didn't have to hand in keys to reception) and the free bus to Heathrow stops 100m from the hotel (more frequent than the Heathrow Hoppa bus and doesn't cost anything!). Rooms were a bit small but adequate for an overnight stay. Food in the hotel was expensive but there was a petrol sation nearby for snacks and a McDonalds within walking distance if you are in to that kind of thing!
