Transfers to Heathrow Airport
Transfers are via the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa bus service between Terminals 1-3. Additional charge applies; normally £5.00 per person, each way. If travelling from Terminal 4, take the Hotel Hoppa and use the Heathrow Express train, which runs between Terminals 1-3 and Terminal 4.

Please ensure you supply us with your car registration, as the hotel operates a number plate recognition system, which allows you to enter and exit the car park without the hassle of taking a ticket and getting it validated. Excellent service. Didn't charge us for the additional days car parking (over and above the 25 days allowed). Took taxi to airport (Cheaper and much more convenient that shuttle for the four us). Couldn't fault it. Great value.
Have stayed here a couple of times now. The rooms are in need of up-dating, especially the beds and bedding. Otherwise have no complaints.
We stayed at Park Inn the day after our wedding prior to going on our honeymoon. We had a very comfortable stay, and the £30 upgrade is great value for money. The hotel is clean, tidy and the staff are friendly. Good variety of breakfast choice also availiable. Very pleasant stay.
Nice room, plenty of parking (didn't have to hand in keys to reception) and the free bus to Heathrow stops 100m from the hotel (more frequent than the Heathrow Hoppa bus and doesn't cost anything!). Rooms were a bit small but adequate for an overnight stay. Food in the hotel was expensive but there was a petrol sation nearby for snacks and a McDonalds within walking distance if you are in to that kind of thing!
we have now stayed at park inn 3 times, each time the hotel has met every need we had. the car park is big enough to always find a space, the room is always adequate without being spectacular, ( there is a safe ). the buffett dinner is always excellent and good value and the hotel is perfectly located on the H2 hoppa route ( £8 per person return). also if looking at planes is your thing , it is short walk to the main runway! for the money , i don,t think it could be bettered. They also do family rooms which some others do not.
Customer service was friendly but patchy with unknowledgeable/untrained staff eg. the receptionist had no idea of the 'early-bird' dinner special and many staff members had poor command of English. Had to repeat requests for fresh milk in room (took 25 mins to arrive, one tea bag and no coffee in hospitality tray (again more calls to housekeeping). Would be good practice if male staff didn't deliver room service to lone female travellers. Room boiling hot with no instructions to work air-conditioning. Movie channels did not work on TV. Changing rooms in pool were messy and had horrific encounter with two women behaving lewdly and inapproriately in the sauna. Common areas were scruffy and empty, restaurant very nice with friendly helpful staff/restuarant manager. Mediterranean buffet very good. Despite the proximity to the terminal buildings, probably wouldn't use again.
If traveling via Heathrow airport with a overnight stay and requiring parking facilities, this has got to be the Bee's Knee's of hotels.
good hotel but a little pricey on dining, but good reasonable parking shuttle only takes 10 minutes good breakfast
We would stay and the park inn again service very good and parking facilities excellent. would recommend to others
National Express bus did not show, had to wait for 45 mins to get a transfere. Drivers were ok though. Got a dent in the boot of the car.No record of who parked where.
We stayed in the Parl Inn the night before our flight. It was very easy to find, the reception staff where very helpful when I parked my car and slightly overstayed the free parking time. The room was very comfortable. The resturant was very good and the staff in it very friendly and helpful. Would throughly recommned this to anyone.
My room was cold and there was a draught from the window. The duvet on the bed was very thin and there was no extra one available. I phoned down for a spare one- the phone rang out for several minutes. I eventually got hold of reception and asked for a spare duvet. I had to ring back twice and wait half an hour until it was eventtually brought. I definitely won't be going back.
It would be helpful to have free internet service. I rated the condition of the room at "3" because two lamps were out when we arrived. After bringing to the attention of the staff, one of them was repaired, but the other was not.
good, clean hotel very close to airport, would stay again.Carvery on night we stayed was the best food we have had in a airport hotel
i was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and its facilities which exceeded my expectations. I would have liked more help with finding my room which involved a long walk laden down with luggage but otherwise it suited my needs perfectly.
For the price I paid, it was "almost" OK. But the "real" price, it's far too expensive.
Hotel fine but parking rather differcult Drove round several time trying to find a place then went to reception and told to park anywhere inc. yellow lines & even red lines (which actually said you would be clamped on these). Park on a yellow for 8 days and everthing alright when we got back. Took a old car but perhaps would not have been happy if it had been new.
Cant beat the location and the short terminal transfer time. Typical large LHR hotel, meanig some rooms can look a little tired. That being said I imagine 95% of the guests using the facility are only looking for some sleep prior to travlel.
The executive room was spacious and comfortable. Executive lounge with free drinks and nibbles went down very well! The buffet in the restaurant was of superb quality and good value. Likewise the buffet style breakfast was great. All in all a very leasant experience. The executive upgrade package for £30 is well worth having as this includes the breakfast.
Had a wonderful stay staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and ready for us, this was important to us as we did arrive late after travelling a long distance with the children. The deal that we had was a brilliant deal and also there was plenty of car parking spaces. The transfers to the airport were easy and not badly priced and also the children went free.
