This was a really clean, comfortable and well run Hotel. Desk staff were professional, helpful and very friendly, which gave a great welcome felling. Room was large, comfortable and clean and out meal there, which was fine dining, was excellent. Over the years I have stayed in many of the four and five star Heathrow Hotels, but this was definitely the best. Look forward to returning there for my next trip.

We needed to drive right round to the back of the hotel in our search for a parking spot and in retrospect it would have been better for one of us to get out with the luggage at reception first. However check in was quick and friendly and we were given all the information we needed for the Hoppa bus. We had a pleasant meal in the Sports bar, but it was rather expensive for pub type food. The room was very spacious and beds comfortable, we would definitely Stay here again.

Our stay was overall comfortable, as befitting a hotel of this quality. There were, however certain features which would have improved things for us. These are: we found the food in the bar and grill to be rather greasy and Americanised. The wine and the food in general seemed inferior to the hotel's other amenities. The pool area was extremely pretty and offers an attractive bar; unfortunately the very young barman seemed unsure of himself and had quite a queue (not all of whom were happy with the service). In our room, the minibar charged automatically for drinks and snacks moved off their spaces in the fridge....this system does not work with kids in the room, who are naturally going to handle the drinks, even though they are not going to drink them. As a result, our automated minibar bill was huge (we were obviously not required to pay for drinks we had not consumed). Lastly, we were rather shocked that we were expected to pay £9.95 for the use of the television in our room. Apparently the concierge explained that according to reception we had viewed films: we had not but as our flight was very early, we had no time to argue this and ended up feeling rather cheated on this point. We hope these remarks are useful.

Our one night stay in a family room at this hotel was a great start to our holiday. The swimming pool was a relaxing treat and we asked for a runway facing room on check-in which was provided - there was absolutely no noise from the airport but watching the planes land right in front of the hotel was great fun! The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and really well appointed. We were booked in to the Garden Restaurant for dinner but unfortunately it was closed on that evening so we booked a table at a neighbouring hotel. There is no need to pay for the airport transfer service as free public buses stop on the Bath Road almost outside the hotel 24 hrs a day (and run every 10-20 mins) which take you to the Central Bus Station at Heathrow, if you don't mind a 5 minute walk to your terminal. You only pay for these buses if you are travelling outside the airport perimeter. We would definately use this hotel again if we had an early morning flight from Heathrow.

The hotel was easy to find, only minutes away from airport terminal. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We were upgraded to a kingsize room with a huge bed. Lovely and quiet room. I would highly recomend the hotel to anyone and will definately be returning. I have stayed at numerous hotels in the airport vicinity and this one was one of the best.

We used the Sheraton Skyline on a weekend booking and it was very good value. The room was very nice, everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only criticism is the very tight parking spaces, but for what I paid it is a small issue. I wish they would include the parking in the room rate as the fee charged as an extra is annoying. Having said that all the Heathrow hotels do charge for overnight parking. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone

Excellent value when purchased with gosimply. Dining was expensive and transfers with hoppa bus were irregular. Overall, a good experience.

Lovely room, great value for money, as it was a "mystery hotel" so much cheaper than the standard prices. Food & drink quite expensive but this didn't come as any great surprise.

I stayed only one night i transit. I slept very well..no adjacent room noise, a very nice room, The bar is not so inviting and its basically an after thought addition to the restaurant.. Would've loved to sat down with a paper and had a beer in a cosy corner..not here. Free internet for 1 hour allowed me vital flight confirmation details. Free gym and pool in the quadrant.. It's a fine hotel.
