Booked because of snow disruption at Edinburgh. Uncertain when would be able to travel. Left London shortly before planned arrival at hotel. Hotel would not take cancellation. Nor would your website & your telephone was not answered. So room lay empty & unused very possibly to the detriment of others still stuck at Heathrow.

Lovely hotel, our twin room had two double beds, we booked using the supersaver option and was very impressed with the value for money

The Hotel is well located, the staff very helpful, good food, very well appointed hotel, not the usual airport experience, this hotel excels in all areas.

The hotel room was clean, and the bedsheets had the 'just-laundered-and starched' feel. The restaurant had excellent but pricey Italian cuisine, and the service was friendly and prompt. We lingered at the poolside (the indoor swimming pool had an atrium cover) and listened to pleasing music. Altogether it was a good experience. However, I never realized how much I valued contemporary decor. The hotel has a little 'tired' look about it. Finally, I noticed that there were several families - it must be good value for family stays.

Although very near the runway, no sound could be heard.Very, very clean and comfortable bed.Thanks

Stayed for one night before collecting relatives from early flight arrival, great accomodation excellent value for money and would use again.

For the price paid the hotl is in a good area with relation to Heathrow and of a good standard

Would stay at this hotel again. Very comfortable beds and quick check-in very conveniently situated at airport with quick transfer on hoppa bus.

My car was damaged in the car park, by someone dragging their case down the side of it, I took extra care to park in a well lit space right in the centre of the space too. The hotel could not help me.

Having booked for a week-end it was extremely good value for money. The hotel is close to the airport, only 5 minutes drive. The hotel was clean & tidy, staff polite and helpful.
