The new Travelodge hotel near Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is a comfortable, value-for-money option. There's a café bar where you can enjoy a drink or light snack, and WiFi Internet access is available if you'd like to check your email before jetting off to your destination.

Standard Room facilities include a private bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, TV and phone. Rooms also have Hairdryers, irons and ironing boards are available from reception, and toiletries are available from a vending machine. The hotel is completely non-smoking.

Room only option:
Transfers are provided via the Heathrow Hoppa bus, which transfers to Terminal 5 only and operates from 05.00, with the last bus leaving the hotel at 23.30. If you need to go to Terminal 1, 2, 3 or 4, please go to Terminal 5 and catch the Heathrow Express to your required terminal. Hoppa tickets are sold at the terminals and at the hotel for £5.00 per person each way, and 50p per child each way (prices and timings are subject to change).

Parking included option:
The car park provides transfers free of charge to terminals 1-3. If you are departing from Terminal 4 or 5, take the transfer to Terminal 1, 2 or 3 and catch the Heathrow Express (free of charge) to your departure terminal.

If the parking included option is selected, parking is provided by Long Stay Car Park Terminals 1-3, a secure car park located on-airport. Additional days are charged at the car park's standard daily rate.

Unfortunately, I stayed the night of the big snowfall in London, and the hotel was overrun with people. I was unable to get a meal because of too many people with too few staff to cope. The transfer bus service couldn't even make it to the hotel because of the conditions and so we (passengers) had to traipse through the icy conditions to get to the hotel and from the hotel to the bus the next morning. However, in a normal situation I would stay at a Travelodge again.

Arrived at the car park and the speedbump was high enough to trip my crash petrol cut-out. No help from staff at hotel, cost me an AA call out, recovery and £200 garage repair, all the while with the hotel staff threatening to have the car towed if the garage did not collect it quickly. Luckily the park and ride company were more helpful. The only saving grace was that after the kids sat in a cold car park while the aa man tried to carry out his repair they got a bit stresseed and one of them threw up heavily in the lift, neccesitating an unplasant clean up job for the idiot on desk duty, well done boy!!

there wasnt an atm,it was a fair way from t5,the buffet breakfast was disgusting,coffee was foul...im a chef..have been for 26 years,never had such an awful experience..next time will either stay at marriot t5 or premier inn on bath road

The car parking instructions we were given were completely wrong as you no longer used ths car park we were sent to. The third car park we were eventually sent to which was finally the correct one was good and a lot closer to both our hotel and terminal than the original one. The explanation given was that you had recently changed car parks
