the transfer to the airport was only one way. you had to make your own way back to the hotel, from the airport. pity.

First class - so easy to book and the transfer to and from Heathrow was great- it took all of the hassle out of travelling

This hotel is not covered by the Heathrow Hoppa bus service, and so as part of their room deal, the hotel pays for a taxi to Heathrow - great. Not so great, however, is that the taxi journey back from Heathrow to the hotel is NOT covered (this fact is buried in the small print), and the taxi service that they give you the telephone number for (Millenium cars) is in fact an executive car service and so twice as expensive as a regular black cab, so take care!

The hotel was easy to find (viewable from the M4)and once there the staff knew exactly what our requirements were. The bar/restaurant was open late which was excellent as we had had a long drive and the room was very comfortable. The taxi next day was punctual and the recommended taxi firm for the trip back knew just what we wanted when we rang. We had to pay but as there were 3 of us it was equivalent to the Heathrow shuttle. So overall a very good experience and I would use them again

76.50 for a triple room for the night, secure parking on site for up to 15 days and a taxi to the airport (24 on its own)Brilliant value, took the strain out of travelling down to Heathrow first thing in the morning.

The hotel room was comfortable and the transfer to Heathrow was punctual and comfortable. Everything was effecient and represented excellent value for money. I'd definately use again.

Parking was fine. Taxi to T4 was quoted as 27.50 for 2 persons and 1 car. We had 4 persons each with small/medium suitcases and 2 cars. Hotel decided to book a minibus which cost about 40 which I thought was a bit rich. On return journey car we asked for a normal car and had the minibus as it apparently wiuted the car hire firm and were charges 28 plus a parking fee which they incurred to meet us, and not mentioned at time of booking. Think you have to make your charges transparent at time of reservation.

I have always booked an airport hotal which includes return transfers. On this occassion I was quoted 40 - 65 for the return journey. I will never use this Hotel chain again.

We arrived fairly late (9.30pm, but we had informed the hotel. We were put into a smoking room, even though we had requested non-smoking. We were moved to another room on the ground floor (after being told there were no rooms available), which was a disabled facility. This room was extremely cold and not very pleasant. Luckily we were only staying for one night!

Holiday Inn was great, comfortable room and quick check out so we could leave to get our early morning flight. Our one small gripe was when we arrived at 10pm we were unable to get any hot food from the Hotel as the kitchen was closed. Parking express was close (10-15 min drive) and we had no problems parking and getting the transfer to our terminal. All very efficient and a great way to start the holiday! (NB: we relied on GPS to locate the Holiday Inn but there are two Church streets in the vicinity and it took us to the wrong one, so put in the PostCode SL1!)
