the hotel was very well situated for the airport and made early travel a lot easier. the room was comfortable and clean. the dining was reasonable.

Found the hotel friendly, clean and comfortable. The only minus was the transfer to our terminal which meant a longer than expected bus and then a rail link. Luckily we were travelling light otherwise we would have struggled as my parter is disabled. The literature did not explain a double transfer if you are leaving from Terminal 4. On our return we took a taxi but it cost almost £20.00

yes its heathrow but still expensive. slow service at reception. transfer driver not the most friendly person I've ever met

Friendly and efficient staff in hotel - nice bar area serving good food until late. Rooms are fine with all facilities that you need. Coach transfer to airport terminal arrived on time and good value for money. Overall I would recommend this hotel

All the staff we met were really helpful and friendly, carried our bags, speedy room service with a smile! Room itself was ok if a little "tired". Does not provide smoking rooms.

As a mum travelling on her own with a small baby the hotel was generally fantastic as the staff were so helpful. The only difficulty I had was finding a parking spot anywhere near reception...in the end I parked in the disabled parking as only then could i open the doors wide enough to get a car seat & baby out and be able to carry the car seat into reception - luckily the hotel said this was OK, but then I was given a hard time about it by the car park attendant.

Our stay was appailing. Food dreadful and in an airport hotel, to not get a requested wake up call is JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE. will never never use you again.
