Arrival Procedure
Please call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email ten minutes before arriving at the terminal. Drive directly to your departing terminal, where Aardvark's driver will be waiting to collect your car.
Departure Procedure
On your return, please call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point just outside the terminal.

we booked this because we were travbelling with two small children and a variety of luggage. at collection, someone arrived promtply and when we returned from our trip, we waited about 5 minutes. so not long at all. and very much owrth paying about £10 more than the on-site shuttle parking; on return it was raining and the kids were exhausted so extra glad then not to have to take the bus! would use again.
I had a problem in that I did not get an email confirmation and did not realise this until on my way to T5. I stopped before entering the Terminal and rang the help desk number giving my reference number and they dealt with it very quickly and booked me in and directed me to the correct car park where I was met by the representative. The return journey was fine and my car was waiting when I arrived. Apart from the initial problem a very good service.
we had to transfer airport due to the BA strike - Aardvark very pleasant and helpful to deal with.
Very well set up at Terminal 5 with great drop off and pick up areas. I was handed a Meteor meet and greet card so not sure exactly how that works. Pick up was super; were not waiting at all.
Would use these guys again, they were they when we were early and were right on time on pick up. Good stuff!
I was very pleased with the service offered. The staff were waiting for me on arrival and on return they arrived at the terminal with the car after only a 5 minute wait. I would recommend the service and will certainly use them again the next time I fly from Terminal 5
Everything was straightforward, they did "what it said on the tin", no fuss and a very reasonable price
This was the cheapest meet and greet available so I gave it a go.I was met at the airport exactly the time and place agreed on.The rep that met us was very polite and professional and she informed us that she would be the same person who would meet us on our return.On our return Aardvark contacted me at baggage reclaim to inform me that they were waiting for us in exactly the same place that we were dropped off.My car was in the same condition as I left it. I will be using Aardvark again next year.5 star service well recommended.
All handovers went very smoothly, especially given a change of terminals on the return. A well organised punctual service.
teminal 5 was a little more complicated but worked out fine, the only problem was that although our car was already beside the lift when we got there , there was no one to give us the keys, so had to make another call. This is very much the best way to leave ones car at the airport.
The one thing that I noticed did not happen was any inspection of the car either when collected or returned. I would probably not use Aardvark again for this reason.
Driver was waiting for us on departure and arrival. No complaints at all, and good value for money.
My only criticism would be that there should be clearer instructions as to where to meet at the terminal, this was only a mild irritation and quickly rectified with a call to your office. Other than that no complaints at all.
Travelling with three children was made a great deal easier by using meeting and greet. It was easy to get to the terminal.
Second time I have used this company, everything was excellent including the fact that they brought something from my car that I had forgotten on a following run. The only downside was that the return of my car was a little late, but will not stop me from using their service again.
As requested I gave 10 minutes notice of my arrival at Terminal 2 and as I drew up to the curb, the driver was waiting to take the car. Similarly on my return, I telephoned from the baggage reclaim and as I stepped out of the terminal, the car drew up. The service was first class, communication beforehand was excellent, the instructions were accurate and the drivers most courteous. An excellent service.
When arriving at Heathrow to be met we only had to wait 10 minutes for the driver to pick up my car even though when phoning the given number a mixup in departure times seems to have occured. However when we got back into the UK and phoned the number after clearing customs as directed, we had to wait at least 20 minutes before my car arrived. I'm glad the weather was fine!
Arrived at Heathrow and had to wait 5-10 mins even though we had given a 10 min warning as requested. Car was ready for us within 5 mins of leaving the terminal which was ideal. Much quicker than the park and ride and less hassle.
We did change the time of drop off the day before from 6am to 7am but this message did not get passed on to others on our day of travel. We did get a courtesy call at 5.45am to see how our journey was going so we once again explained that we would not be arriving until 7am, which he was fine with. We had to wait for about 15 minutes when we arrived at heathrow and upon arrival the driver had abit of a moan saying we shouldn't have changed the time!! We explained that we had told two people who didn't have a problem with it but there you go, he had a moan! Apart from this we felt the whole experience was well worth the money. It saved us the hassle of driving to a parking lot miles away and lugging your cases onto a bus to take you to the terminal. Also our return journey was far more straight forward; we called when we came out of customs and the car just arrived as we had walked outside. All in all, a good experience which we would recommend.
despite last minute arrival change to a different terminal the car was delivered quickly - a hassle free service at a great price!
