Aardvark Meet and Greet Parking Heathrow serves all terminals at Heathrow Airport.

arrival

Please call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email 10 minutes before arriving at the terminal. There will be a strict ten minute waiting policy, enforced by the M.E.T. Police. Drive directly to your departure terminal, where Aardvark's driver will be waiting to collect your car.

On your return, please call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, then follow these instructions:-

  • Terminal 1: Exit the door at arrivals and proceed to the ground level of the Terminal 1 SHORT STAY CAR PARK ZONE D.
  • Terminal 3: take the lift to Departures Level, walk across the footbridge and take the lift to LEVEL 3 ZONE B.
  • Terminal 4: Exit the arrivals door sign posted Valet parking and walk across the road into the SHORT STAY CAR PARK GROUND LEVEL FAR LANE.
  • Terminal 5: Details given upon calling.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BOOKINGS AT AARDVARK MEET AND GREET CANNOT BE AMENDED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF CANCELLED. Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.

On phoning when approaching the airport we were told there was no booking on our name. Eventually we were met but told we had been "left off the system" On returning exactly the same thing happened. 20 minutes later the car turned up covered in dust and white spots. We were told in had been stored in the car park one level down and the delay had been caused by having difficulty finding it-- clearly not the case as the engine temperature was on high when we took it over.

we booked this because we were travbelling with two small children and a variety of luggage. at collection, someone arrived promtply and when we returned from our trip, we waited about 5 minutes. so not long at all. and very much owrth paying about £10 more than the on-site shuttle parking; on return it was raining and the kids were exhausted so extra glad then not to have to take the bus! would use again.

I had a problem in that I did not get an email confirmation and did not realise this until on my way to T5. I stopped before entering the Terminal and rang the help desk number giving my reference number and they dealt with it very quickly and booked me in and directed me to the correct car park where I was met by the representative. The return journey was fine and my car was waiting when I arrived. Apart from the initial problem a very good service.

Very well set up at Terminal 5 with great drop off and pick up areas. I was handed a Meteor meet and greet card so not sure exactly how that works. Pick up was super; were not waiting at all.

I was very pleased with the service offered. The staff were waiting for me on arrival and on return they arrived at the terminal with the car after only a 5 minute wait. I would recommend the service and will certainly use them again the next time I fly from Terminal 5

This was the cheapest meet and greet available so I gave it a go.I was met at the airport exactly the time and place agreed on.The rep that met us was very polite and professional and she informed us that she would be the same person who would meet us on our return.On our return Aardvark contacted me at baggage reclaim to inform me that they were waiting for us in exactly the same place that we were dropped off.My car was in the same condition as I left it. I will be using Aardvark again next year.5 star service well recommended.
