No problems whatsoever, the drivers were waiting for me on departure and arrival, and the car was in perfect condition. Why on earth would anyone want to do it any other way?

I was willing to go out on a limb and use this until now unfamiliar name. They came up the most economical. As a bonus, they called me to confirm my arrival! Luckily because I had filled in the form a bit wrong. Upon approaching LHR, called them to arrange the meet and greet. Got there, signed, handed over keys and left to get my flight. Similar on the return leg, called them from baggage, got to the designated spot and a couple of minutes later my car arrived, engine running and ready to head back home. No stress, no worries, as close to perfect as I can imagine getting. No hesitation in recommending and reusing.

The bit at arrival was faultless, but departure was more of a pain. I had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come and collect the car, in the freezing cold. During that time, three different officious semi-police types came to give me the benefit of their power...

Outbound pick up was fine, on return the car took more than 1 hour to arrive, really bad service, would have been quiker to use long stay car park and a lot cheaper.

Our booking was made at short notice and in very difficult (snowy) conditions. Heathrow was chaotic. In spite of this, Drive Fly Meet & Greet managed to meet us on arrival, with only a relatively short delay; and to return the car to us promptly when we got back. The service was not slick, but it was efficient and friendly - both of which are much more important

This was the most convenient and cheapest means of getting to the airport and dispensing of my car that I have used. Despite missing my connection and coming in to Heathrow on a different flight the whole operation ran really smoothly and the service and staff could not be faulted. Will certainly use them again.

The online booking process was simple enough - but that's where the simplicity ended. On arrival at the drop off area, although there were people around it was not obvious which company they were from and nobody approached us. After about 5 mins of circulating amongst them I found the DriveFly contact, who then took another 5 mins to locate my booking paperwork. He wasnt exactly inundated with bookings at 2pm that day so not sure why it was so difficult. Upon return to the UK, I called as instructed when I had collected by baggage. I managed to buy some duty free and make my way to the pick up point, and still had to wait for the car. Approx 25 mins from my call to the car arriving. The driver returned my keys and went to make a hasty departure - until I called him back to take away the Costa Coffee cup that someone had left in the car (not mine - I dont drink coffee), check my mileage...and worse still to examine the damage that had been caused to my vehicle whilst in their care. I was lucky to catch him before he left - he certainly wasnt going to wait for me to examine the vehicle. I called the office and reported it immediately. Was told to take photos and email them to the company and 'a manager' would get back to me. That was 4 days ago - I have chased, but they wont even send me an acknowledgement of my email/report. Absolutely disgusting customer service and a very upsetting return from my trip and start to the new year when I saw the damage to my car. I most certainly wont be recommending this company and will continue to pursue my claim for them to rectify the damage they caused to my vehicle

It was lovely to get into an already warm car on a cold winters night. One criticism. To get to the drop off/pick up zone follow their instructions until you are through the barrier then follow the signs on the left that say VALET PARKING.It is easy if you ignore their last instruction.

Driver did not know what terminal I was leaving from. Resulted in a 20 minute wait for my car to be picked up. Lucky I got to the airport in good time! Booking was made via the web and this information should have been available to him.

This service should not be called Meet and Greet as it is not. Meet and Greet is where you are met by a driver outside departures and then you walk through the door. With this, you have to go to the short stay car park, meet at a certain area (waiting for the driver). You then have to battle for queues for the lift to get your luggage down to the correct level. You have to battle the elements to get to departures (it was raining for us on departure and arrival - not good to start a 7 hour flight being wet! Coming back was worse as the airport was packed, the wait for the lift was long and even then we still waited for the driver to arrive. We normally have 4 children in tow, often at silly hours, so we would not use this service again. It should be advertised for what it is and then people's expectations would be set correctly.

This service is really excellent. We have used it several times and it really takes all the hassle away. The company contacted us when we were on our way to check we were on time, and were waiting for us when we arrived at terminal. On our return we only had to wait a few minutes for our car to turn up. If your return journey is delayed you don't need to worry as they will be checking for delays on the internet. They record the mileage, and the car is checked for damage etc. Well worth the money spent. Many thanks.

I booked my parking on the morning of my departure date (work thing, last minute). I arrived at Heathrow 5 minutes early. I waited 10 minutes and called the number on the confirmation. Spoke to one chap who knew nothing about my booking and said that he needed 24hrs notice. Said he could not help but asked me to call another number, which he text me and to give the person my name and car details. I complained that they should already have this and I wasn't happy to give a guy on a mobile my details. After some hassle the car was collected, making me late, if I had more time I would have cancelled and just parked up at Heathrow as I was extremely concerned I would arrive back to find my car had disappeared! Not good at all.

How difficult can it be? They failed to call before arrival (as stated on the print out). They then failed to be at arrival point (on calling, was told the printout was now out of date). Sent me to the wrong car park. Nearly misssed my flight. On return, they failed to meet at agreed point (wrong car park) and I had to wait nearly an hour for my car. The driver blamed the controller and visa versa. Spend your money elsewhere.
