All worked as advertised, excellent service, both drivers helped with luggage etc. and were very punctual.

The pick up on departure from Heathrow (T3) took place approximately half an hour after the phone call - not the 10 minutes advertised. The delivery of my car on return to T3 was much more prompt in spite of heavy traffic coming into terminal. Suspect that car parked under trees as there was some bird mess on screen and bodywork. Overall, consider that the valet parking arrangement was good value for money overall.

These guys are very good, my mistake, wrong date,time and company (my fault totally) and they sorted it out and provide an excellent service at a moments notice. Well done and thanks. Big help to someone like me who is always short on time. Big thank you. Mr Brett Davidson

Excellent service - everything went perfectly smoothly and as we were arriving back at Heathrow on a late flight, it was great knowing we didn't have to go through the hassle of getting a bus to the car park etc etc. Great value for money as well. We will definately use Meteor next time we are flying from Heathrow.

Did as instructed on confirmation and guys were there ready to take the car - we were a bit late to the airport, but they weren't, which made our trip so stress free. Coming home, when we got to the meeting place, car was ready and waiting - who could ask for more! And terrific value for money - will definately use again - thank you!

I can highly recommend the service for meteor. punctual, friendly and easy. The cost of valet fullstop is quite expensive, and I wonder if they could try and be a little more leaner with the pricing, but that is the entire market. Would consider using again.

First time using a service like this so was unsure of what to expect. Very good service, very punctual, very polite etc. Can't fault the service, will definately use this type of service again. I paid a bit more because of the good feedback this provider had. My parents arrived and departed on the same flight as us but they paid £25 less - their provider was just as good as ours - next time I will look for a better price.

Such good value for money when traveling with small children. The only negative I can mention is we were a bit confused about where to go to drop off the car at terminal 5 heathrow, but as soon as we figured that out, everything went smoothly. We even arrived 30 minutes early and it was no trouble. great service.

Couldn't have asked for more. We were about 30 minutes early for drop-off, but didn't have to wait and on return the driver arrived just as we got to the designated meeting point.

The phone number was not prominent enough and appeared on only one email On approach to the airport we called the number and we're met with a recorded message that there was 'a crisis' and to call back later. We lost this number abroad and only with the help of staff in the valet service building (a seperate and much more expensive firm) did we find that number. Nobody had a card to give us with the number.

Although we arrived a little late due to an accident on the M25 the staff were very helpful - even fetching 3 trolleys for all our luggage. Excellent service.

As a first time user, it is such an advantage to encounter a process which is so simple and easy to follow and having polite and efficient staff at hand is an absolute bonus.

The car was collected within 5 minutes of arrival at T5 and it was waiting for us when we got out of the airport on collection. Brilliant, simple service - I can't fault it!

I have used all forms and Companies for Heathrow parking over the years, and without a doubt this format with an exclusive drop-off bay and reception office at the terminal is the best to avoid any delays on either departure or arrival. The Company running it are excellent.

Had to wait for over 30 mins whilst the car was being returned. Other than that it was a good service which i would recommend to friends and colleagues

I think there needs to be greater clarity about timings maybe a rethink - the fact that i was held up in exiting the airport for approx 10 minutes due to fire emergency, meant that as i arrived at the collection point my car was just arriving. Had i ot been held up i would have been witing outside for that 10 minutes or so

CPS offer the best price when it comes to being able to drop your car off at a valet parking station! There are other services where you have to phone 20mins prior to arriving and phone after you leave customs. The latter process is more annoying as this can mean waiting for 10mins before your car arrives. With CPS they bring your car up to their car park when your plane lands, so your car is waiting for you. They also offer the superior professionalism which cane be lacking in other small family run firms like Gatwick Ace Meet and Greet.
