For this service would like to see more buses and not have to wait, I waited for 10 minutes and the people behind me could not get on the bus because it was full. Also would like to just exit and not have to get the voucher validated at the office on departure, you do not have to do that in Pink Elephant. Thanks for looking after the car though!

The directions to find the car park were a little misleading but we found it ok. There was literally only about a 2 minute wait for the shuttle bus to take us to the airport and about a 5 minute wait on the return which we thought was good. The payment instructions on arriving at the carpark weren't the easiest to follow when also concentrating on catching a flight but we'll know what to do for next time! Overall we were very satisfied.

Excellent! Signs to the car park excellent, parking the car was no problem and the driver of the transfer coach waited patiently for us. Upon return the transfer coach came just as we reached the bus stop. It look a few minutes only to get to car park and we found our car quickly! Both drivers of the transfer buses and the gent in the office were all very nice to deal with. Definitely would use again.

We had a first rate experience with this car park. The car park was secure and not over crowded. The travel time to Terminal 4 was 3 mins and there was a transfer bus waiting for us to take us to the terminal and on the return journey. Whilst the cost of parking here is more expensive than the other car parks available this was more than justified by the convenience and piece of mind it gave us.

As I have two babies I found the experience completely stress free and would highly recommend it for parents travelling with kids from Terminal 4 as there is no fuss - we parked and the bus was there waiting for us to unload -we went straight to terminal and on our return we went to bus stop and bus was there in 4mins and dropped to our car and off home!

The car park was easy to enter and exit as per th instructions. The buses were regular and the staff polite and helpful - especially when I left mybag on it and had to hurtle after him. the driver had good humour. The car park is so close to terminal 4 it is worth paying a bit extra for this.

All went like clock-work, regular buses to Terminal 4, met again on return very promptly, found car in perfect order. Insert credit card at barrier and on our way!Would certainly use again.Not too expensive concidering parking charges in & around London.

We had to wait for almost 25 mins for the bus to the terminal. They only operate small minibuses and the first one that came was full. We and other frustrated passengers finally waved down another full bus and insisted that the radio'd back to the office to get more buses sent out.

I have used this car park before and it is a must if you are flying from terminal 4, whether leaving or returning the buses are always there with helpful drivers, automated entry means no other staff are met.

We were very pleased we'd booked with Park&Fly. It is certainly quite pricey but very easy to find and has frequent runs between the terminal and car park. This is is really important when you've just got off a long haul flight and just want to get home asap. Very friendly driver even helped with our cases. I think £100 a week is too expensive and I'd think twice about a 2-week booking but I would nevertheless consider it. One slightly negative thing - the car park is quite poorly lit. If I had been travelling alone, I might have felt slightly freaked out.

Our experience with Park and Fly was great. When we arrived at Terminal 4, we were promptly picked up and dropped off at the car park by an extremely friendly and helpful driver. The car park facilities are good and it is well signposted. The main advantage is its proximity to the airport.

With the directions given, the car park is very easy to get to from the M25. I did not enter my credit card on entry, but just took the ticket - the instructions on the machine could have been clearer. This required a visit to the kiosk on return. On arrival at the car park, I had to wait a few minutes for the transfer bus, but on return there was hardly any wait at T4. The journey from the car park to T4 is very short.

Without doubt the winning stroke is that this car park is fabulously close to T4. Too many business/long-stay car parks are painfully too far from the terminal, potentially spoiling the 'return from holiday' experience.

Easy to use, conveniently situated and drivers extremely helpful. Best airport facility we have ever used!

This car park is only five minutes drive from Terminal 4. I drove in, parked up (when eventually I found a free bay), looked up and there was the shuttle bus. It actually stopped by my car although I wasn't close to a bus stop. On my return, the bus was already waiting at arrivals and dropped me close to my car. I was, however, a little confused leaving the car park as the attendant office isn't obvious and they have to endorse your parking ticket for you to leave. This does not require you to get out of your car and is quite painless really.

A really excellent carpark, couldn't be any closer to terminal 4. The buses are very frequent and efficient and the drivers are very helpful. I would definitely use this carpark again, it's worth every penny.

Having had a bad experience with another parking company, I found Park and Fly very comfortable, easy and memorable. I would recommend this for all my friends who use terminal 4.

We were lucky and arrived when car park opened 5.45 and bus literally rolled up behind our car as we parked. On return only waited 5 minutes. It was the quickest turnaround - just a pity that the M25 was jammed, which I had noticed as we flew over but thought it was just rush hour and would be clear by the time I got to it - typical!!

Definitely the best Car Park for Terminal 4, slightly more expensive than others but worth it for the speed of transfer.

Good value for on-site airport parking with fast connection to terminal 4.
