Parked in easy to find sector advised,coach driver waited for us to reach bus stop instead of pulling away as has happend to us in past car parks.On arrival back only had to wait 5 mins for pickup.Departing car park very easy with number plate recognition.

Very good service, plenty of space to park but the individual space seemed a bit too small for even an average saloon car. Shuttle bus was very good and on time. Price could've been a bit cheaper. But overall very good service and I'll use it again.

Was very pleased that transfers were frequent and lots of space for luggae. Drivers were very friendly and waited without rushing anyone, and even assisting. Problem with ticket when exiting was resolved very quickly by office staff who were helpful and friendly.

Very quick and efficient parking experience. Was a little concerned about the price, but it's definitely worth it for the convenience provided. The only thing I could not understand was why I needed to enter the customer service office to prove my identiity before I could leave the car park. Seemed a bit daft as I'd already pre-paid.

Booked online, with email confirmation - simple. Directions to location accurate. Vehicle registration recognition allowed drive through to prescribed zone for parking - no hold ups. Transfer bus took 5 minutes to arrive and then about 10 minutes to get to Terminal 3 (via Terminal 1) - the benefit of the site being next to perimeter road and relatively close to the airport. Return journey, just as easy. Good value? Yes. Use again? Yes.

Staff were extremely helpful after we suffered a smashed window on the journey. Helped tape up the window and parked our car near customer services, where it could be seen at all times.

Followed the directions supplied from the M25, the car park is well signposted and was easy to find even in thick fog! No problems on entry and following car park signage to the designated parking area. Bus was on time and the driver was courteous. Journey to the Terminals was quick and drop off very convenient for the entrances. Pick up was on time as per the display board at the bus stop. Transfer back to car park very quick. Exit of car park straight forward. All in all a pleasant experience. Just the cost lets the service down, but if you want to park on airport, then the owners have you at their whim and for us, it's not something we do every week!

Personally find it hard to keep my balance when I have to stand up in a bus

Initially, we were not sure we had found the right carpark. On leaving the carpark there were no clear instructions on what to do with the ticket - we did not realise the car registration is logged when you enter the carpark so had to go into the customer service office. Simple explanations would have helped.

The car park was easy to find from the M4. Everything worked well and we were able to park close to the bus pick up point. Regular collections and we were at T3 within minutes. Very efficient and simple. Would use again and recommend to others.

Loved the 'time to wait sign' so i knew how long it was going to be - Also the help phone for flat batteries etc.Bus was on time both to the airport and back again and drivers were friendly. The only minor gripe is each time we use this parking we always have to get out of the car to see the cashier as the number plate recognition has not worked which would have allowed us to go straight through .

We chose this car park because it was the cheapest that allowed us to keep the car keys and park it ourselves. The car park is a very long way from the Terminal, but that is a detail. Transfer coaches were good and roomy and fast, but on the return the driver was the grumpy silent sort who didn't make any announcements to help people locate their stops.

It was easy to book and use. The transfer to the terminal was simple.

Good value, good location and no problems with transfers. Only one small gripe why when have pre-paid do we have to go to customer service before being allowed to exit car park on return?

On this occasion my prepaid ticket was not recognised by the machine but I was able to present my receipt so only a very minor delay leaving. Remember to park with bonnet accessible in case of flat battery!

Easy to find, clear insructions and the numberplate recognition worked well.

Found car park easy,no problems in finding parking space and when i returned no problems with car which is very important to me.

Overall we felt the Car Park was value for money but for someone who does not go to Heathrow very often we were confused as did not dee 'Long Stay Car Park' signposted! Also on trying to get out of the Car Park none of the barriers worked and each driver leaving at the same time as us had to leave their cars and go into the office to be given another card which caused delays and frustration.
