Strongly recommend approaching from the M4 as it is clearly signposted (Business Parking) as you approach the airport - from the A30 the signposting is minimal to non-existant. Make use of the space on your ticket to write down where you have parked - don't rely on remembering. Buses are as regular as they say - you won't be waiting long. If you've prepaid don't expect a smile or even a friendly word from the staff at the barrier - the only blot on a good experience.

someone had tried to force the boot lock of my car and had pushed in the locking mechanism but unsuccessfully entered the car which had no belongings in it. Car parking supervisor uninterested and said he could do nothing - he did not even take details - I have reported this to police.

Having last used Pink Elephant some time ago, the frequency of buses seems to have declined. The practice of driving round Terminals 1,2 and 3 on the return journey in busy evening traffic when the bus was almost full just from T1 seems very inefficient.

Although it cost more, this was much superior to off airport parking we tried in the past. Buses were frequent and quick and the car park well sign posted.

We got to our car to find out we had left our internal light on so our battery was flat. Our bus transfer driver saw we had the bonnet up and we were ringing the AA, he called us over and said their staff would help us and he would call them for us, which he did. After about 3 minutes a van and lady turned up with a battery and jumped our car which started first time. We were very pleased as this meant we did not have to wait at all. THANK YOU.

Not the cheapest parking, but considered it neccessary due to late hour of return flight, ie after midnight. Had to wait 40min for transfer bus on return, but a very sincere apology from gate staff went some way to mitigate this.

Great facility close to terminals. We found the name change from Pink Elephant to Business Parking a bit confusing as some road signs, and some bus stop signs still refer to the old name Pink Elephant. Once we had sussed this - no problem.

I had very litle waiting time for buses on either departure or arrival, and the pick up and drop off were within ten metres of my car. Payment at the exit gate on departure from the exit was also quick and easy. This experience may not be typical as things seemed very quiet over the Christmas period, but I would definitely use the service again.

We arrived back at the parking at 7.00am, had to defrost the car and then go up to reception to exchange our voucher. We were greeted by the most charming and friendly guy in the office who kindly waited while we de-misted the car further and then let us through the barrier. Would definitely use this parking again.

I can only comment on Terminal 1, the area is being re-worked but the size of the area is not big enough for the people and the visibility of the buses etc is poor. Overall the service is effective and I will happily use again.

The service was quick and pain free, I had a transfer to and from the terminal within minutes! I did however drive past the parking at first (as there are many car parks in all directions) so a larger sign to point out which is the Pink Elephant one would have helped!!

On arrival had a very tight deadline for my plane. The Bus arrived in 5 mins and the driver actually changed the route to help. Excellant. On leaving bus arrived in 3 mins. My car had a flat battery and the company sent someone to help me (took 5 mins). Truly exceptional as I could have been stranded for ages. These guys are maybe 5% more expensive then the cheapest alternative but for the quality of staff and facilities its worth every penny. Would recomend and will definatly use again.

The car was well lit and safe when we returned the driver in the coach when we returned was a little grumpy and this was particulary marked after the friendly service and smiles we had received while on holiday in Kathmandu and Thailand. The man at the recption was very helpful as I had lost my confirmation and he was not at all phased by this. In the main very good

The instructions that you still needed to take a ticket at the entrance didn't seem to be clearly stated on the e-mailed voucher, nor was there clear instructions to take it to the manned payment station. However, when I got to the paying station, the gentleman was very pleasant.

Prebooking on internet means when exiting you have to find the manned exit point. When I got there there was a notice to say it was closed. I then entered the wrong lane to exit and had to reverse out. The sign-posting at the exit was very bad. I suppose it's cheaper I haven't really checked the prices.

The advertised 5-minute transfer time was refined as 7 minutes after confirmation of payment. The actual time to Heathrow T1 may have been a little longer. The transfer time from T1 back to the parking went via Ts 2 and 3, with consequent added time. I don't think this information was advertised, certainly not clearly. Overall however it was a reasonable experience.

Frequency of transfer coaches both on arrival and departure make this my preferred choice for business and pleasure. The traffic getting from one terminal to another can be frustrating but is out-weighted by the pros. Car has always been there on my return and once when my partner was having problems starting his car...staff were very helpful!

Pink Elephant is a great car park, ideal if you're on a quick business or arriving back late at night. Both of these applied to my most recent trip. It was such a joy to be whisked to my car at 11p.m. after a long day and know I didn't have to battle late night public transport, which incidentally, would have cost me much more.

I think you need to make it clear that the business car park is the Pink Elephant park. I drove past without realising that these were one and the same. I seem to remember that in the past there was a big sign with a pink elephant on it, and I was looking for something similar this time!
