Heathrow Sky Super Saver Meet & Greet serves all terminals at Heathrow Airport.

You will be called 20-30 minutes before your pre-booked time to confirm your arrival and ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you. Please indicate at this time if you would like a luggage trolley. (If you do not receive a telephone call, please ring one of the car park numbers provided in your confirmation email.)

departure

When you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, ring the number given to you when your vehicle was collected. You will be asked to wait inside the terminal building.

Once your chauffeur arrives back at the departures lane, he will call you to come collect your vehicle, and assist you with your luggage.

Arriving at Heathrow

Terminal 1:

  • When exiting the tunnel, keep to the lane furthest left.
  • Follow the sign for Terminal 1, Customer Arrival, Short Stay Car Park.
  • After passing the ticket barrier, take the 2nd left to the ground level of the car park.
  • Park your vehicle in Zone D.

Terminal 2:

  • Drive to the furthest lane away from the departure building.

Terminal 3:

  • Follow the signs for Terminal 3.
  • After going through the airport tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park.
  • Enter the Short Stay Car Park and proceed to Level 5, and park in Zone A, which is near the lifts to Departures.

Terminal 4:

  • As you turn off the roundabout towards Terminal 4, stay in the left-hand lane, taking you up a ramp towards Terminal 4 Drop-off point.
  • Park your vehicle in the furthest drop-off lane from the terminal building.

Terminal 5:

  • Head towards the pick-up and departure point, which will direct you up the ramp. Keep your vehicle to the right-hand side of the ramp.
  • Follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park as you go up the ramp.
  • Get in the left-hand lane, marked "Fast Track Business Parking".
  • Drive to the barrier and take a ticket, then make your way to Zones L-M and park your vehicle.

You will be met by your chauffeur in a black suit on the kerb side of the terminal building, who will identify you with your full details and assist with your luggage.

Departing Heathrow:

Terminal 1:

  • When you exit Arrivals, walk across to the car park, to pick up your vehicle from the same spot you left it.

Terminal 3:

  • Your chauffeur will meet you on Level 5 of the Short Stay Car Park in Zone A.

Terminal 4:

  • The pick-up point is on the Departure level, furthest lane from the terminal building.

Terminal 5:

  • Pick-up point is on Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park, Zones L-M.

Can't fault it. We had to phone once or twice on our journey due to motorway block. Our calls were dealt with efficiently and we were given the pick-up driver's mobile to make communication easier. A good test of meet and greet is how long one waits with one's luggage on return. With other companies I've waited sometimes 30 plus minutes! With Simply it was 5min, can't fault that.

On return there was a scratch on one alloy. Made the guy aware and he very confidently showed me the paper with the marks and said that was already there, which it defiantly wasn't. Anyway he didn't want to give his name or the managers name & was in a hurry to leave. Always ask for a copy of the marks paper when leaving the car. I strongly believe in what goes around come around.

Pleased with this company who contact you 30 minutes before ETA rather than you having to phone them. Friendly and polite driver (even at 4 in the morning was waiting for me when I arrived, minimal form filling. Phoned after collecting luggage on way back and waited about 10 minutes in short-stay car park. Driver again very friendly, purchased car park ticket for us. Given that they were one of, if not the cheapest offer, the level of service was impeccable.

First rate service and had no complaints at all when I delivered my car to them nearly 40 minutes lates. The only thing I would say is that at Heathrow Terminal 5 the instructions say to pick your car up from the departure lane, but in fact you pick up from where you dropped off the car. Overall, excellent though!

Driver called us 30 minutes before to check we were due to arrive to confirm we were on time, driver arrived 2 minutes after us in uniform and with all our details, on return we called and by the time we had arrived at the drop off point our car was waiting for us, would definatly use again
