It was basically the same price as parking, shaved at least 30 mins off the journey time, was completely hassle free and the staff were friendly, helpful and trustworthy - I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them to anybody.

Placed call from baggage hall as requested and was a surprised to hear that car would arrive in 20 minutes time. Turned up after 40-45 minutes...not a massive issue, although I could've made my way to long-stay in less time.

We had to ring upon receipt of luggage and was told 10-15 minutes for car to arrive. Probably because we cleared customs so quickly, we were in the car park within minutes so still had to wait another 12 minutes which seemed a long time in the cold.

Overall, I was pleased - the driver was just a bit tardy for the dropoff but the airport was busy. For the pickup, the driver arrived less than 15 Min after collecting the baggage. Great value for the money if booked in advance.

Friendly, efficient, helpful and on time. A brilliant service I would definitely use them again. Thanks!

I rarely write a review, even though I should, but in this case, I'm happy to because I thought the service was very good. The staff picking up the car on both sides were courteous and very friendly. When I called upon landing, the call centre person actually told me to wait indoors until they called me as it was ' a cold rainy day, so better wait till the car has arrived". The person dropping off the car didn't even wait around for a tip.

Smooth service - arrived, guy was there in 5 mins or so and took over the car. Only niggle was that he was quite rude and dismissive to my wife. On arrival back in the UK very smooth and courteous handover. Please present your customers with this guy and not the one we had on arrival.

I found htis service to be excellent. The best way to park. Easy and no hassle.

When i telephoned the driver after collecting my bags he said that he would be at the pre-arranged parking area within 15 minutes where infact he was 35 minutes which was not very good as other drivers from different companies were waiting for there customers to arrive. One of the companies waiting was Purple Parking ,a company that i have used before and i think will use again.

Drivers were polite and punctual. Thank you for making our holiday easier...
